Very noise with the freeway no one could sleep so if you stay ask to sleep on the side away from the freeway

Elevator is limited to two people & extremely slow. Beds are uncomfortable. Stained carpet.

The staff are always very nice and accommodating.

We were anxious to get out and back in the road. Plus the pool closed way to early.

We had an overall positive experience at this Holiday Inn. The breakfasts wait staff was amazing! Friendly, attentive and respectful. Breakfast was delicious! Our room was clean and spacious. The elevators were slow and could only carry two people at a time. That would be my only concern.

Great stay

Love the location, it’s easy to get to the areas we were visiting. The elevator was not in good condition. It was only allowing 2 people at a time so my husband had to take the stairs up and down. We were on 6th floor, so this was a task. Also our room didn’t get vacuumed as we found a pair of earrings on the floor when we arrived.

I had a great conversation with the staff at the front other than that it was a horrible experience when we pulled back our blankets. It was clear that the sheets were not cleaned or changed or anything. There was a lot of hair. There was even a toenail.

Water slide says weekends only. Sunday is a weekend and it was closed.

Awful was told my children eat free but then when I went to go get their food I was told I had to pay bevause the vouchers arnt for free food The elevators wornt working. We had to walk up 3 set of stairs with luggage and everything. Not once did they tell us the elevators worst working until after I paid.

The hotel was easy on/off access from interstate but kinda weird entrance for the actual hotel. Rooms were clean and relaxing. Has a pool and small bar but no free continental breakfast. Was a small "pay" diner

The king size bed with pillows were comfy, kitchen was ok. I like the ice machine & ac was perfect temperature. FIX THE ELEVATOR! That is a fire hazard! Only 2 people at a time & that was enough to make you very uncomfortable to ride. The stairway was out of order. The pool is way smaller than expected, from the picture online, only 19 bathers & small hot tub. We got kicked out the pool due to lightning which i understand but could not hear the life guard & he came over yelling at us to get out, then I told him we could not understand him when he was yelling from a distance. Oh and the pull out couches are not comfy at all, felt like a thin cushion & bed springs. This hotel definitely needs improvements and a lil more friendlier staff.

Waterslide was the star of the show. When it’s open. The elevators didn’t work and for a family of seven. It was a little ridiculous not to be able to go up altogether. (Only two at a time) I wasn’t aware until we arrived that it wasn’t a full free breakfast. For the price we pay free breakfast would have been nice. I reserved two rooms and they couldn’t get them right next to each other so it was inconvenient that we were on totally separate floors. The slide is the money maker unfortunately, my family and I only enjoyed it for 30 minutes of our entire Weekend stay!! it shut down on the last night of our stay due to a thunderstorm. It could have used a good cleaning. The bottom of the pool was a bit slimy.

The road noise too loud

tub would not drain when showering, had to take toilet tank lid off to kick start filling of water, the key card need several attempts to open door. one elevator out of order and the other only allowed 2 people at a time. (i stayed in 4th floor).

Great services

The worst hotel i have ever stayed at. The staff didnt know what he was doing at check in. The AL'S in the room didnt work. The elevator didnt work, me and my children got stuck in it. The employee was laughing on the other side saying he didnt know how to open it. The pool was a filthy green color..over all the worst hotel ever.
