(2) Beth (check-in receptionist) - outstanding service with our requests & needs!!! She’s a gem!!! Questionable: no maid service at all on our 2nd day. Strange! Thank goodness the 1 roll of toilet paper just made it!

Beth went above and beyond checking us in. She even fixed the tv. Breakfast was great and all staff very nice. Highly recommend

First and foremost, and the staff were friendly, accommodating, and actually seemed to enjoy their jobs. There was an obvious attention to detail that helped make this facility better than expected. It was clean, well-maintained, and the amenities met to our needs. Breakfast wasn't anything too fancy, but it was good enough for this level of facility. There was a pool on site that looked nice, but unfortunately we ran of time to use it. The room was spacious enough and in good shape. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and there was plenty of lighting and power - specifically, there was plenty of working USB outlets, which came in handy for our usage. My one complaint: The cable-TV system was low quality, but the TV accomodated streaming capabilities, which would meet to most people's needs these days. Luckily, the AC system made up for that deficiency and was very handy in the heat. We will definitely return when we are back in Albuquerque.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast The staff is kind, but sometimes they forget that not all tourists speak English well. I think the staff should have more empathy with non American tourism.

Frig never got cold. Shower took long time to get warm! Was asked what my disability was for my service dog s job☹️☹️
