Location was good but rooms were very dirty

Very friendly, helpful staff The property is old and the standard room is small. We refused to regular room and they upgraded to a suite, which was still small. The bed was uncomfortable. We canceled our 2 additional days and moved next door.

The building is getting run down and needs work, but the room and the public areas were clean.

Easy checking/out It appeared that there were some folks eating in the breakfast area that weren't customers. Wasn't a lot of food available for paying customers.

Good breakfast, comfortable bed, good location The floors were very dirty. There were dead ants, hair and dirt on floor so we complained and switched rooms. New room was cleaner but dried blood on wall and condom wrapper behind nightstand.

Everything about our stay was top notch. There was only one issue that really needs to be corrected: Google GPS took us to a spot on the BEHIND the hotel. More of a glorified alley than an actual street. The hotel is tucked away behind another hotel, a Fina gas station and a Burger King. Very difficult to determine or navigate to the entrance of the hotel. Really should be corrected.

Not the worst experience but could have been much better. Ok clean, but not great. Property in need of a lot of maintenance; several little annoying things broken or missing.

Great location to an event I was attending near by Great prices for rooms I've stayed here twice and both times the tv remote didn't work. I ended up turning off the TV because the remote would not function. Only the power button worked on it. There was no shower curtain Stained comforter and carpet The room door kept jamming, I could not get it to open from the inside for the longest time. Oh and FYI there was no phone in the room

At 324 where we were staying one night and the shower head needs to replace, also need to replace bulb and the king bed frame needs to be fixed. Also one more thing curtains also needs fixed with long pod for opening and closing. Thank you.
