Comfort Inn & Suites Alameda at Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta Park

Comfortable bed, clean room, affordable and good location.

This was our second time staying here, and it was great. Our room was nice and clean, ac worked well. The only issue we had was the TV wasn't working but we unplugged and plugged back in and it worked fine after that. We were also missing the extra bedding for the sofa bed which you would usually find in the closet. We also enjoyed the pool for the kids and ourselves. It felt clean and well maintained. We had a comfy stay for a great price. We will be staying again.

Not enough towels for the room and the coffee was cold at breakfast

It’s a little old and needs a tuneup, but everybody who works there is extremely friendly, which makes up for any shortcomings.

Breakfast was great

Pay more to stay elsewhere. Staff was either unfriendly, preoccupied with their cell phone, or not present. Room was clean, but door didn't close properly and bathroom door didn't open all the way due to shower rail. Light housekeeping that didn't make beds and just replaced toiletries and towels. Hallway smelled musty and no AC in elevators. Breakfast was saving grace.

The room was made up but it had a grungy look to it. I know we travel with pets, but I was afraid to walk on the carpet barefoot.

Room was clean, breakfast was ok, location was good.

Hotel is getting run down.

Needs some tlc

Checked into the room, and there was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The phone did not work to call the front desk. The TV once turned on, had a cracked screen, looked like someone punched it or threw something at it. The room had a weird smell and the carpet was filthy. They did move me to another room though, thankfully. The pool was warm but the hot tub was cold. The shower in the room had hot and cold backwards, no biggie, just seemed weird that’s what happened with the pool too. The property seems old and could probably use some updating.

Everything was nice but the room smell like wet dog so I ask housekeeping for a air freshener but this was after we moved to another room because of the smell like wet dog..second room was a little better

The room did smell moldy. It was clean, the bathroom was a little run down.

Pool was dirty, no tv services, could not shower due to clog. Shower had hair and other black stuff floating.

Friendly staff clean rooms good breakfast

The rooms were clean, the staff was pleasant, breakfast was good. The shower was dripping and the toilet was running.

TOWELS WERE TOO OLD, IT WAS AWFUL SORRY TO SAY BUT I WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

Dirty property, location is ideal but the place is filthy. Trash all over the parking lot, sidewalks, floor of lobby, rooms are dirty with sticky counters and grime everywhere. Do not recommend

First room smelled like urine, changed rooms. Second room smelled musty, white marks on couch, items in drawers and under ac unit, mold in bathroom, food left in fridge, items and glitter in pull out couch bed. Overall dirty and unkempt. Would not stay again.
