Staybridge Suites North - Albuquerque by IHG

Superb

Everything worked out very well for us, The suites are well equipped with full kitchens. The rooms are very clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Parking is well lit and convenient.

First time staying here. I visit Albuquerque quite often. Good breakfast buffet. Clean room and just a pleasant over-all stay.

Good

I had to go to the front desk four times to get my keys reset if I could get into the doors and into the room

Has free laundry service and clean pool and jaquzzi. The complimentary breakfast had a variety of options to choose from compared to many other hotels.

Comfortable and spacious room, decent breakfast, great location with freeway access but not too noisy Bed was quite small (don’t remember it being advertised as a full bed), quite pricey for what you get

All was good

Good

Overall good property. A little less light in the bedroom. Would help if it was a bit mire brighter

Too cold

.

Facility was not as pictured on website - much smaller. No restaurant on-site, as suggested. On the 2nd day I noticed the entrance door for my room had at least a one inch slopping gap at the bottom. I heard everything passing by the room, especially the crying children. Had to put a large towel there to prevent anything (critters?) from entering. Breakfast was nice the first morning, but not acceptable on the 2nd day, with hot food that was not even warm but cold, no pastries like the 1st day, orange juice machine not working and when inquired there was nothing for backup, very disheveled food area, and dirty tables. When brought to the attention of the person in charge of the area, she just shrugged and did nothing to remedy the situation. I believe she understood my concerns, but did not want to correct anything. (Safety?) She needs more supervision, oversight, and training. The facility and rooms appeared clean and the front staff were pleasant and professional, but overall I will not return to a Staybridge. Unfortunate, as the location was ideal.

I've/we've stayed in many hotels & this one was nice. I stopped carrying my blow dryer for all the hotels we've stayed at, have them already. This particular hotel did not have a hair blow dryer. Overall, it was a great stay.

It was a good location for our purposes. It was dusty and not cleaned well.

Exceptional

Friendly staff Couldn’t book a second night through the app and it cost $25 more

The outdoor lounge/fireplace area was a wonderful addition. Also, the outdoor barbeque area was a plus.

This is a great place to stay!
