Clean hotel. Room was newly renovated and spacious.

The only thing missing was a jacuzzi and pool. Everything else was great. The breakfast was amazing!

Pleasant staff

The website said there was a pool on the property and there was not. According to the staff, it had not been there for over a year. However, the pool was the biggest reason I booked this hotel. I did try to book with their sister property but their pool was under maintenance (not the original hotel's problem, just frustrating for me). The hotel was also under construction. While I understand wanting to upgrade and make the experience a better one, it would have been nice to have been informed so that way I could have decided if I wanted to continue to stay there or not. It also would have allowed more time instead of right when I arrived and was already exhausted from my trip. Besides those to major things, it was an ok stay

The was pretty filthy and it was loud and there were people walking around their website advertised the pool in a hot tub, but there was nothing there. It smelled pretty musky. It seemed like everybody couldn't speak English. And they kept half of my deposit without even telling me they gave it back to me when I left. But then when I checked my account again, it looks like they charged me $27. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody steer, clear of this place right down the road. There's more comfortable places that you can find.

No working swimming pool, elevator or air conditioner! I ask for a refund for one day, they said no, they did move us to another room. The next room air conditioner was better!

Awesome place to stay, very clean and the staff was amazing.

Newly renovated, room was large and had lots of hook's, shelves and closet space as well as plugs everywhere. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was surprisingly good

Solid spot.to stay in ABQ. Staff was super friendly. Only ding was for.not enough parking spots.

The property billed my card for additional money. This does not work for my business travel. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and would not provide me with a receipt for what they billed This is not acceptable when I counted on Expedias quoted price, and can not get re imbursed without a detailed reciept I realize I am not important to you.I book many reservations through expedia and cant be charged this way for business travel. I am out the money and need to find a different way to book my hotel stays in the future

The property and rooms were clean and in good condition. The staff was great as well as the hot breakfast. I was disappointed that the indoor pool was no longer at the hotel.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL DURING EVENTS AT BALLOON FIESTA PARK!!!! The street was closed off and I could not get back to my room. PD would not allow me through even though I was a guest here. After a full day of travel, all I wanted to do was relax and rest. Instead I sat in my hot vehicle and waited for over 2 hours before they let me through. I didn't like the floors (no carpet) and they are renovating. The TV kept glitching and there were no channels to watch (probably because of the renovations). P

We checked in June 22 for 3 nights. We entered our room, opened the curtains and see we are looking at a aluminum warehouse building next door. No view at all and not informed about that. we then hear this loud noises coming from, we guessed the next room. Complained to the front desk who told us that there were no other rooms available and they'll see what can be done the next day. Manager never called back and the 'no view' and loud noises continued. We were told the hotel is under construction. We were never notified about these issues by either the hotel or Expedia. The noise which was the pounding of hammers continued all day until 6:30 PM our entire stay. Most of the staff were friendly and understanding with the exception of the desk clerk that checked us in. Contacting Expedia was not the easiest process neither. we are awaiting the outcome of this matter. The hotel's sales manager said the hotel understood however since it was booked through Expedia we needed to go through them. Awaiting resolution to this matter at this time.
