We checked in June 22 for 3 nights. We entered our room, opened the curtains and see we are looking at a aluminum warehouse building next door. No view at all and not informed about that. we then hear this loud noises coming from, we guessed the next room. Complained to the front desk who told us that there were no other rooms available and they'll see what can be done the next day. Manager never called back and the 'no view' and loud noises continued. We were told the hotel is under construction. We were never notified about these issues by either the hotel or Expedia. The noise which was the pounding of hammers continued all day until 6:30 PM our entire stay. Most of the staff were friendly and understanding with the exception of the desk clerk that checked us in. Contacting Expedia was not the easiest process neither. we are awaiting the outcome of this matter. The hotel's sales manager said the hotel understood however since it was booked through Expedia we needed to go through them. Awaiting resolution to this matter at this time.

ALL WAS GOOD AND THE ATAY WAS PLEASANT
-
Still.... great place to stay

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Parking was limited.

Everything was nice and comfortable the breakfast was great.

Room was very clean, along with most of the inside. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. The room was noisy due to external remodeling work (reported to front desk), a mini-fridge that sounded like Niagara Falls and HVAC that was louder than expected (not reported). Desk staff was helpful, apologetic about daytime noise and advised us when asked that since we booked on Expedia, this would not give us IGH points. Further, at check-in we were advised Expedia does not send all of the hotel taxes it collected from us to the hotel and that we would be charged by the hotel for about $50. It was suggested we work with Expedia for them to refund us that amount.

Location Would appreciate powdered creamer for coffee

My mom, aunt, and I arrived during the time they were renovating. The facilities were under construction but the staff tried to minimize the mess and their customer service seemed to make it all disappear. Thank you for being accommodating.

Good for one night stay. Rooms were clean. Only thing I wish I knew is the lobby and first floor is all under construction. Breakfast is next to all the construction.

It was ok, nothing more, nothing less

I arranged and paid for my trip, in full, through Expedia but when I checked in at the hotel I was charged an additional $75 for "tax". One of the reasons I use Expedia is to avoid miscellaneous charges. Also, the hotel was under construction and Expedia should have alerted me so I could have chose other accommodations. The hotel ammenities were severely disappointing: the TV had VERY limited viewing options and it was difficult to adjust the controls. Also, no coffee maker in the rooms

Was just OK amenities were awful. Breakfast was not great lacked a variety or didn't have things

Prior to booking we were not informed that the lobby and corridor to rooms were under construction. We were assigned a room on the first floor and were awakened by diesel trucks starting and idling about 10 feet from the outside of our room. We asked where the ice machine and were told the location at the end of the hall- however, it didn't work and the staff was unaware of the issue and if ice could be obtained elsewhere. That's it for the hotel. However, after we got back home we noticed an unauthorized charge to our credit card for $18.43 by the hotel. We called and were told they would tell us what it was for within 48 hours. We have now been waiting a week for a response, but no word back. We have good experiences with Holiday Inn Express but the experience at this location in Albuquerque was all around horrible.

No pool also we only could watch basic cable could not stream our streaming accounts the AC kept kicking off specifically while sleeping I only spoke to front desk about streaming and if they could fix the issue he blamed it on new TVs and didn’t seem concerned so I didn’t bother to ask anyone about the other issues.

The 24 hour coffee saved my life, the staff was so nice and helpful the entire stay. Breakfast was actually a really good spread especially if u have kids

Location The main reason I booked this certain hotel was the hot tub and pool which they had neither. When I went check in they were in the process of remodeling it was so congested with dust and the smell of paint and dust. They put me in a room right next to the people remodeling my room was full of dust. They did eventually move me.

The hotel is going through remodeling. I hope when this remodeling is completed, the experience is better for travelers.
