Great customer service at check in, room was clean, and breakfast was pretty good!

Hotel was very clean and breakfast was a nice addition. Room was very nice and clean. Bathroom is small but functional. parking is limited so getting there early is key.

We got there late, so we did not enjoy all the amenities. We loved the Dove products in the bathroom. The shower head was weak, poor flow. We slept good in a safe place, thatʼs what mattered after a long drive. Then, we left early for an early appointment. We would spend another night another time. Thank you.

Easy to find and close to people we were visiting Lack of sound proofing from first to second floor. Constantly woken up by 2nd floor noise - walking, kids jumping on beds, crying, suitcases being slammed down - way past 11 pm at night

The TV was incredibly difficult to operate. Never could figure it out ridiculous! They either need step-by-step directions or an easier system.

The room was clean the bed was very comfortable . The check in person was very friendly and very professional. Our check in was pleasant. Breakfast was ok. The ADA shower. We didn't have a pleasant shower. The shower head kept sliding down making it very difficult to shower without having to hold it. Oh and the fact that it didn't have a pool. My grandson was very disappointed. So if you want to rent this hotel and want to wind down in the pool and hot tub, it doesn't have one.

The room was spacious, very clean, and I particularly liked the room lighting (lots of indirect non-glare soft lights) which made the room feel homey.

Location to highway and where the hot air balloons take off.

Clean room, comfy bed. Very easy to get to off the freeway. Ample parking. I would recommend ear plugs as the street outside can be a bit noisy

Charged too much to have my two small dogs. They didn’t hurt a thing.

Not clean, smelled like urine, multiple flies/bugs in the room, hairdryer broke/gave off strong electrical smell

Cockroaches in bathroom

First place on my trip where the staff were friendly, well dressed and professional. Entire place was clean and more or less updated.

Stayed at 1st floor it was very loud every night and early morning… volumes on tv were very loud and people would slam doors early in the morning. I wouldn’t recommend staying in the 1st floor. Cockroaches in bathroom

Terrible property and this is the worst Holiday Inn Express we ever stay. Lift was stop working and staff didn't even offer for help carrying luggage. Property has old and dusty smell. Normally Holiday Inn Express breakfast always refills unless towards the end but this property we had wait long time for the food refills. Even we came couple of hours earlier .
