Quality Inn & Suites Albuquerque North near Balloon Fiesta Park

I was bit by a brown recluse spider in my bed. I’m still suffering the consequences I’m on antibiotics and if it doesn’t work I will end up in the hospital. This hotel is very dirty and not bug free. The breakfast was also terrible. I will never stay here again. I would love to have my room reimbursed due to my medical bills from these spider bites. I was bitten 4 times. I didn’t realize it until I was already checked out and gone.

Storm went through the area. Hotel lost power. Everything was clean. No amenities. We checked out early, so can't comment on the breakfast..

First i.pressions are everything, entering the establishment there's was trash stacked up near clerks desk, then walking in hallway smelled. Our room had patch walls and missing light bulbs.but i will say the room was clean. Oh yea the bathtub water never went after showing in the night. No one in sight to help.

No hot water

Horrible. My experience at this hotel was not good. The staff was very friendly, but the carpets were dirty, the facilities were run-down, and the air conditioning barely worked all night. It was leaking and the room was way too hot, making the stay very uncomfortable. I do not recommend this hotel.

Ghetto! You get what you pay for!! I will be staying in a rest stop in my car next time!! I do have standards and that is not worth the 83$ at all! So gross!!!! Whole place smells like

The room was filthy, I couldn't stay in it. Requested and received a refund from Expedia and Quality Inn. The carpet was very dirty in the hallway, the room and when checking in. The safety lock on the door was broken, the carpet was torn and pulled up in several places in the room. Unbelievable that expedia would have suggested this as a place to stay.

The bathroom facilities were very good. The bed was comfortable.

When presenting this to the staff upon check out , she did apologize and say she would speak to the cleaning staff . We were returning to the area approximately one week later and would have stayed again if the experience was better .

We stayed two nights and asked the the front decks we just wanted beds cleaned and towels to be replaced..none of that was done thats about the only we were upset about other then that was a good stay

The TV had a lot of channel options. You could hear the other guests everywhere, and kids were running wild.

The whole property needs to be clean and renovated! Old dirt carpet and smell bad

Did not stay because we got a bad feeling while parking. Several male subjects in parking lot who were hanging out and looked like they were up to no good. So we left without staying the night there.

Only their for one night, but would stay their in the future

The staff was excellent, however they had homeless people camped out in the back by the back entrances to the hotel.

Room was cleaned, staff was nice and parking okay

Good for the price I paid for.
