Great place.

I encountered two nights of restless nights due to bed bugs infestation. At this time, I don’t think I will be credited for my stay as I am not a member of this hotel which I think is ridiculous. This is not right. Even if I were offered two free nights anytime at this hotel I still would not accept. I am traumatized by this incident.

I am giving this rating because the front desk lady Melissa was pretty rude. My chip on my card has issues and only usually works for tap pay. So starting off she was rude about that and overall kind of snobby which I did not appreciate. I had to go to the sister hotel/the neighboring one to get told about the amenities and where they were. She actually gave me a map and was very nice over there. It was hard to get told where anything was by the staff at the crowne plaza. Also, I was told there were restaurants over the phone and they were not open when we got there.. the room was pretty nice apart from being dusty and there being white stains on the bed skirt. There also are no microwaves in the rooms. Their pool is nice, I will give them that, and the building and furniture is really nice and beds were comfy. I'm not opposed to staying there again, but I think there are better options that are cheaper by the airport that have more and better amenities.

This was a good stay for what we wanted. The pool was excellent, it’s large and comfortable. Although the Monday we were there the landscapers go pretty late into the day so its harder to relax worth the noise. Tried breakfast at the restaurant and it was a mess, staff was overwhelmed (but the restaurant wasn’t busy 3 tables, 3 servers, breakfast. We didn’t go back. The cocktail lounge has a great happy hour and great jalapeno margaritas. Overall a great stay.

That was the first time I had stayed in that hotel. It was absolutely such an amazing view in the room that we had the only problem that I have a complaint about is that’s no matter what the room stayed very warm closer to 80°! So my sleep, and everyone else that was with me was not that good because it was way too hot. We tried adjusting the thermostat with no luck of getting into cool down at all! I think they definitely need to invest in possibly newer systems, but other than that, it was a great stay.

Nice facilities (clean, comfortable rooms; pools; restaurant; room service; bar; and many little extras)! All staff, especially Antonia and Melissa, were incredibly accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable. Well-secured. Excellent value! Won’t stay anywhere else when in Albuquerque!

I have nothing bad to say

Sunsets were beautiful . Although we didn't use the pools they have two, as well as two exercise rooms. Wow. They were able to book us a room last minute for 4 days very impressive.

I felt like I was in Las Vegas, Nevada!! 10/10

It was beautiful inside

Maybe 10 minutes away from downtown. The drive to get downtown had minor construction so the roads were bumpy, but didn’t bother me.
-
Conveniently located and lots of parking. A big convention being held made the main restaurant off limits to other guests and the bar was full of conventioneers. Otherwise, it was clean and easy to get to.

Older nice place

we went to the Cantina for dinner and Salvador was the best bartender I’ve had in a long time. He was friendly and very professional. I would definitely come back because his service was Exceptional.. what happened a year? No interest is better.
