The Querque Hotel

Have stayed here multiple times and the property continues to go to hell in a hand basket. Had to change rooms twice due to odor. Last time we were place in a room at the far end, both of use are handicapped and had to drive to the front desk. The toilet did not flush on our second move. Maintenance fixed it and was quick and polite. Front Desk is great too bad they have to make excuses for the owners. Breakfast is better still needs some other items. I will spend the extra $40.00 a night to stay at decent place like Home 2 or Crown Plaza.

I realized when I got here that I had stayed here before, several years ago. I think it must have had a different name. But I was not enamored then and it's just as run-down now. I'm not sure why there are so many positive reviews because the property does not seem to be very well kept up. The photo of the pool is pretty misleading. It looks so nice in the photo but, in person, it's not very inviting. I stayed one night and was glad to leave in the morning.

Place was filthy, walls were dirty, places smelled like smoke. Homeless people were outside the location. Would not stay ever again Very dirty

The desk staff were great & very helpful. The room was clean & spacious with a comfy bed. Breakfast had waffles, pancakes, muffins, bagels & bread, oatmeal packets, cereal, juices, milk, & good coffee. Apples & oranges, too.

Made a loud noise. Wasn’t working well

No comment, was a nice room in a good part of town.

Decent place to stay if you need a quite lower priced room but checkin was difficult and wrong card charged after payment was made and showed receipt

We found this to be a budget friendly but outdated hotel. Staff was wonderful. Could be a wonderful hotel if some updates were done. Pool was great but the enclosure needs some work and the windows really needed to be washed. All in all all our stay was okay

I really enjoyed my stay at the Querque. I felt like I was on a vacation but also felt this sense of home away from home. I will definitely be going back next chance I get. Thank you Querque.

Great location

They are very accommodating and helpful. The rooms are very nice.

Check in was fast, parking was easy, room was clean. Breakfast was REALLY limited. Great location at intersection of I-25 and I-40, so would consider staying again, but would find breakfast elsewhere.

The hotel is excellent, their breakfast is sub par with no proteins, no eggs, sausage, bacon, just waffle maker, pre made pancakes, and bagels

The hotel, in general, and the room was clean and comfortable. If I had to complain about anything it would be that the shower drain was slow (2" pooling after 15 min shower) and that the elevator buttons on first floor were not working properly
