Quality Inn & Suites Albuquerque Midtown - University Area

We picked this hotel because of the price, breakfast included, and outdoor pool. Breakfast wasn't ready until 7,we had to leave by then. And the pool was closed. Neither one of these things were advertised or compensated in the price. Very disappointing

Our cooler broke, so we decided to get a room for two nights, to swim and have AC. However, the pool AND the hot tub were closed. No one mentioned this when I called knowing when I checked in. It wasn't until I looked out the door, having purposefully gotten a room on the courtyard, by the pool, that I saw chemicals left out around the pool and padlocks on the gate. The woman I spoke to was not very polite and said they could not say when it would reopen. They refused a refund. At least the AC worked! The courtyard is nice and the room was comfortable. It would have been great if only we had been able to swim.

There was black ants on the bed. So told front but said they couldn't move us. They gave us new bedding. Pool isnt working.

Comfy bed and pillows. Working A/C in room. No A/C in lobby and hallways. No elevator. Very slow draining sink and shower.

Completely unsafe, broken windows, exterior doors, no elevator, pool was empty, signs of mold everywhere.

This property needs to be torn down. It’s old and dilapidated. Even the side entry door I was told to use because it was near my room was broken. There are cigarette butts and old gum plastering the walkways and there were ROACHES in my room.

Dirty. Rundown. Needs better staff. Doors are broken. Difficult to find and get to. I will never stay here in the future.

Even though I had an active reservation and confirmation number from hotels.com, the hotel had canceled my reservation without notice and would not honor the price I had booked for. Additionally, there was no hot water in the room, and over an after reporting, we received no help. The property was poorly maintained (broken mirror in our room, broken ice machine, broken side door into the hotel propped open with a rock. The only decent thing was the breakfast, but otherwise a horrible experience. The front desk staff said they would notify the general manager who never did anything or reached out. The terrible stay obviously stemmed from the top.

I didn’t like the property…I was too scared to get out of my car to check in so I left. I lost money, but my personal safety is more important to me. It was a very sketchy area.

N/A The property was very dark. Lights were not working outside. Had to go up to a security gate and put a code in just to get into the parking lot no lighting there. Pillowcases were dirty tub did not drain front desk clerk when I arrived was very friendly and nice checkout clerk was very rude unprofessional

Trashy. Pool wasnt open and the website shiwed it open. They refused to refund. Staff was rude when i even asked.

To be blunt, we were disappointed in the facility. The room floor was tacky, not sure what had been sprayed on it. The parking area was behind a secure, code-accessed gate...but the entry door didn't require a door card, thanks to the rock. The door opener wasn't attached correctly, so the next morning the door wasn't even shut! We were really just very disappointed.

Had a banging sound above my room all evening as if a door was closed and a pet was locked inside the room above me trying to get out. Housekeeping started the day at 8am by yelling im Spanish to each other while inside the building, so much for restful sleep. This place should be shuttered for public safety.
