2. Location is a bit shady, but nothing too bad. 3. Breakfast is what you pay for and room looks what you pay for. 4. Have all amenities in an economic scale. I was satisfied with what I got, provided what I paid for. Don't expect much. Nothing that unpleasant.

Pool was closed - sucked in hot July!!

Dirty, run down. Hair in sheets/on floor/in sink. Garbage in parking lot, no tissues, stained blankets, cigarette(?)burn hole in drapes. No sheets in windows so couldn't open curtains without whole world looking in. Chain link fence with barbed razor wire around back, didn't feel safe for my small children.

The staff was nice. The property was run down. I had my dogs and the areas around to walk the dogs was dirty and full of garbage. The neighborhood was sketchy. I would not stay there again.

Rooms are clean but no soap in bathrooms We had a guy who kept knocking on the door asking for a phone and water for his dog. The. Later he comes back stealing a bag from somewhere bothering us again I didn't feel safe there had to call the front desk twice idk if anything happened we never got informed.

Bugs in the room. I booked non smoking room but it smelled cigarettes strongly.

I honestly didn’t like anything about this property The minute that I arrived, there was a few customers that were complaining, as well as customers that were waiting to get helped. We were never acknowledged we were never greeted.. essentially we just booked another hotel.

Beds seemed to be actual queens, not the doubles most places try to pass off as queens, so that was nice. Only 3 towels in a room marketed for 4 people, but that didn't end up mastering because the bathroom was too sketchy for the kids to want to shower anyway. The soap dispensers were mixed up. The hand soap was in the shower; shower gel was next to the sink. That didn't really matter though because they were all empty regardless of how they were labeled. One positive was the breakfast. It was pretty simple, but it covered the bases. Cereal, toast, waffles. A note for cash/debit users: the hotel charges you $100 as a security deposit (actually charges it and takes your money) and then issues a refund after checkout. The refund can take some time to come back, so be aware.

The staff was kind and helpful.
-
It was a good rate that allowed pets. Some of the property had damage, like the bathroom door.
-
The location is super convenient and overall good for the price. The area is a little sketchy and the front night desk wasn’t the most friendly. The room was out dated but clean. I would stay again for a quick overnight on the road.
-
Very old hotel and very basic rooms kind of scary with the homeless population so prevalent
-
Always a great stay, this is my go to place in ABQ when I'm in town for the weekend.

It was quiet good enough for me get some rest
