Staff was very rude, dirty, bloody sheets on bed. Torn shower curtain. Toilet dirty, hair found in room.

No problems here from the time I arrived to the time I left staff was friendly and helpful. Room what clean. Everything worked in the room, which is a plus overall good stay!

the room we got was dirty so had to be relocated and the second room light didnt work and shower water was cold

Sheets were dirty asked for a new pair of all the sheets. Floors in the room were dirty sofa sleeper cushions had stains. Staff was very helpful and attentive.

Exceptional

The staff was excellent at customer service. The room was sub par cleaned. The shower floor was peeling and looked dirty but other than that it was a good stay.

The hotel is in the poor seedy part of town. The toilet and faucet in the room were not working properly. Do not recommend this hotel

The property is hidden from immediate view from the street but GPS helped. The facility is very welcoming and parking is okay. You have workers staying with their trailers and take up two car parking spaces. Breakfast is more than expected and the service person was very helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Only thing I wasn't happy about and it could be just me, but the tub had some strange particles and I had to rinse them out before stepping into the shower. Other than that, it was worth the one night stay.

The first room we got booked into was awful. Writing on the floor, walls dirty, beds dusty and had hair on them. Bathroom showers piping was hanging out of the wall, floor disgusting. Never again.

Room and service were excellent. Only issue was the a/c unit was extremely noisy. Hard to sleep with it running.

Staff wasn’t helpful or understanding. Rules are rules huh? Me nor my employees will never book this property ever again.

Clean, quite

Our weekend getaway stay was very nice and relaxing. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. There were a couple of maintenance projects that needed to be done. The hot tub was nice and warm but the jets were not working.

The staff was nice but the room was in terrible shape especially after advertising a renovation was done. Yeah right! The floor was dirty. The bathtub was terrible. The faucet would come out of the wall when you tried to get the shower head to run. Then half the water would come out of the shower head and half out of the faucet. The water would not drain so you were standing in a pool of water the entire time. The couch was dirty and didn’t fit in the corner of the room. The box spring to the beds were broken and were really worn. I fed the breakfast to my dog. Overall bad experience.

Front desk Whitney is a great asset to the company and multi-tasked and was professional and helpful. When we checked out in the morning the lady who worked was rude and looked like she was mad. I believe having customer service is a great detail in your work especially being upfront, not sure if she didn't like certain people or is racist but that was the only problem otherwise our stay there was great!!!

Very clean but the fan in bathroom was loud

I thought the location was fine for passing through. They charged me $50 beacause they said I stained a towel. They said they dont even know what the stain is, thats a racket. The manager just said thats our policy. I would be cautious of staying here as they may charge you.

Very, very basic with simple amenities. Gal was good at check in. But the next morning when I returned the key cards at the desk the guy wouldn't give me a receipt for my pet fee. I paid that when I checked in and wanted a receipt. He said I went through a 3rd party and he couldn't give it to me. I said yes, 3rd party for the room, but i paid here to the hotel for my pet. So you took the money and I'd like a receipt for it. He refused. I never had someone this incompetent with such a simple issue. Might want to do some training with this young man....just sayin' ...

The bed had previous brown stains on all the sheets but the top ones so we have to sleep on top of the comforter, the handles to the AC were taken off, the bathtub and shower were gross and looked like it had not been cleaned in months. The microwave didn’t work, it sparked like crazy when trying to use it. The tv volume would not work. The pull out couch was dirty and had black hair and crumbs in it. The couch it self had white stains on it. There was long black hair through out the room. I sat down on the floor by the long mirror to do my make up and there was toe nail clippings. The bathroom door had what looked like soda or something gross. It was hard to get towels they were never available. Breakfast was served late. But I got charged the 50.00 fee for red hair spray my daughter used which she’s always used and we never had an issue getting it out of the clothes or sheets. The elevator smelt like hot dog water all the time, I would never come here again.
