room was very clean Air Conditioning Worked Great Staff was very nice and helpful.👍☺️

The rooms were okay, big space. Be careful being roomed below a family with kids. You will hear them running around a lot. I had to call front desk once, and left it at that. I wasn't there and zonked out before I wanted to make another complaint. Gym only had 5 exercise machines, one was broken. Pool was too small to fit everyone, did not get to enjoy the pool like I wanted, but to be expected. A great place for people with animals, the fee is small. But make sure you check your linen, just in case. Our cable went out over the holidays, so, we had no cable for the 2 days we were there. Maintenance could not come in, the other room did have cable. I rented 2 rooms. Breakfast was actually good! Highlight of the trip, lol.

Our room was set for 4 people. There were not enough towels for even 2 people. We had to get additional towels at the desk. I had 2rooms and both rooms had this problem. Your hot water system needs to be checked. We had hot water at night but not in the morning. We showered with very cool water each morning.

Half the parking lot is EV chargers and a junk yard (literally), front desk guy was nice but the lady at breakfast who watched us handover our keycards and vouchers wouldn’t let us get breakfast. The room was poorly maintained, sink faucet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since 1985, tub has peeling paint and mold in it, the room was missing a smoke detector and we had to take the back of the toilet off to flush it.

Refurbishing has been done but the tub in the bathtub was damaged & we chose not to use it. Don’t think we would choose this place again. The staff was friendly.

Found some hair on floor in bathroom. Bathtub needs to be remodeled. Beds are not firm.

The room was fairly clean. The carpeted hallways looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in months. The parking lot is use at your own risk. There were homeless wandering constantly. The pool and hotub had very murky water.

The towels were softer than most cheap motels There's a homeless camp next door. And the first thing we see turning into the street of the motel is an adult club...! The place is old. There was mold around the tub/ shower fixtures. The bathtub "paint" was peeling off. There was hair in the tub. The sink drained slow. Give them a C for effort in trying to make this place decent. Disappointed that the Wyngham name is attached to this place.

AC was great. Room clean. Brkfst tickets used for each day. Hot Tub okay, needed cleaning. Staff okay. A decent place to stay

This place needs to shut down! The whole place needs a renovation. The room was filthy, the tub was peeling and moldy. Shower head was falling down and faucet was rusted. The room also had a putrid smell! On top of that the entire staff had an attitude! Do yourself a favor this place at all cost!

Not impressed with the property and there were things that needed to be updated

The hotel was dirty. Second room the air conditioning didn’t work. The third room worked fine. I would never stay here again.

Staff was very helpful. Love that they allowed a dog at the front desk.

Nothing Everything

Clean, comfortable bed and good breakfast. Exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work.

The hallway look like it hadn’t been vacuumed in quite some time. The breakfast was not very good! The location is somewhat sketchy.

Employees were real friendly and helpful Room was dirty with animal hair on beds and floors the hallway was just not cleaned found bugs in our area not to mention are blankets were very dirty we had to ask for more i will not be staying here anymore

Sara at the front desk went the extra mile to help. No smoke detectors!! Broken shelf in shower. Sink faucet shoots water straight out and kept getting me wet. Other front desk staff inattentive.

Clean and comfortable. The pool area was not. No towels available. The whirlpool was green.
