Very dirty, place was not ready when we arrived and were told to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to finish cleaning. We got there and the soap bar was opened and used, the sheets were stained, no toilet paper and no towels

It was ok

Second room was dirty and toillet brush was forgotten on a chair.

Check in staff was excelente

The neighborhood felt very dangerous.

Not good people there rude and I waiting 7goura outside because they was working past 7pm on a Saturday smells so bad no one can breath The people there have no hospitality

Dirty towel. Hair on all pillows. Blood on one pillow. Sticky substance on table. Hair and dirty sink.

Not much Felt threatened or unsafe with all the homeless and weird activity around the facility

Nothing. The room was awful! They're was seemingly a big round 4ft spot of blood on the curtains that looked like someone tried to bleach it out. I donno if this was a room u guys were in the middle for remodeling out what because when I checked in and gave me a room in the second floor I told her I need down stairs because I'm disabled and told me there was nothing available but she didn't want to refund me so she gave me this trashy room. They're was holes in the walls big chips in the paint on y the walls everywhere.. oh and the tub was not accessible for me due to my being a walk in..I ended up leaving the and not!

The linens were nice and white, the bed was comfortable. The staff wasn’t very friendly, they offered a pitiful breakfast, the bottom of the tub was rounded and safety wise you could easily loose your balance, the security look on entry door was broken and not replaced, walls were paper thin and we had to listen to the party next door all night to early morning, there was a homeless camp on the sidewalk in front of hotel and the area appeared a bit sketchy. Wouldn’t stay there again and never with any children. The outside area could use some sweeping and cleaning up and the windows need to be washed.

The room was nice, clean and cold. Kind of a questionable area but went without any problems. no complaints.

The bed was comfortable I was upset because I had a hard time with the front end girl I was never told when I booked my on line registration that a $100 deposit would be needed then the girl told me that if I did it by card I wouldn't get my deposit back for 5 to 7 business days I understand thats out of her hands but I have stayed here before I feel like I was given a hard time on both occasions I still gave this one another chance the customer service and website should be updated also room wasn't completely clean ..

Exactly what you would expect for $50+ a night. Just stayed 1 night and left before breakfast. Probably better options for about the same money so know what you’re getting

For the price, it wasn't bad. Could stay there again. Overall, above average. Stayed downstairs, however, through out the night the above tenant was way too noisy. No consideration whatsoever. Needed out rest,,but..

Check in was at 3. Arrived at 5:40 to check in and the room was not ready. Had to wait for more than half an hour to be able to use the room.

This was so infuriating after driving 7 hours to get to this hotel. On top of that, the area was sketchy. There were drug dealers on the corner. The area was bad. I was completely screwed out of my booking and check in due to “system maintenance”. I had to leave and drive around to find another place to stay.

Súper sucio, sábanas manchadas de sangre , toallas sucias , los baños tienen mucho tiempo sin ser limpiados llenos de cabello y suciedad , las paredes manchadas de comida y puertas quebradas , el personal nada atento y aún así cobran 100 dólares de depósito

It was inexpensive and it was close to the location I needed to be. It was an extended stay location. A lot of people would smoke outside which the air conditioner would suck into our room not just cigarette smoke. Frankly, my wife was worried when we drove up seeing the clientele that were there.

Room was dirty hair in sink and bathtub ice container had trash in it. Found a black bug on one of the beds.
