Breakfast was good and big

The deposits for rooms is ridiculous. It's 150 per room which did not match the state of room. The beds were clean towels were clean everything else is in need of replacement . Carpets curtains bathroom counters tubs all need to be replaced due to extensive wear cleaning could not help. The sliding doors had been secured shut to not open from either side. The back entry door required key to access however it looked as though it had been pryed open in the past which with key it still took a shoulder push to open. If someone pulled on it hard enuff with no key it would likely open . Overall it was a place to sleep for the night as after booking there was a no refund policy . The staff was very nice. That was the high point of stay. The deposits way to high the rooms and halls are in need of total flooring

Great great service. And love the check out at 12.. gives me time to swim in the am with the kids before departing.

The gravy was like water with nothing else..biscuits were ok. No one around.. I am a continuous customer there and that was the worst breakfast I have in 3 yrs

Not clean airport shuttle no goos is only form 8am to 10pm My flight it was at 6am I had to order a Uber.

The lobby is clean but there was no one at the counter. I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to help me check in. The rooms are filthy the coach was stained the floor was stained, the balcony door was locked. The room smelled bad, the A/C did not work and no internet so TV did not work either. The bed sheets looked brand new, We lasted about 10 minutes in the room before we checked out. I stayed there about 10 years ago when my kids where in all-stars and it was great then but not anymore. We moved across the street to the Crown Plaza and it was awazing!

The bathroom needs to be redone. Tubs are worn and stained. If you have to go for early flight the shuttle does not start running until 6 am. I was not impressed with the breakfast included. For the price of this hotel it was decent.

The breakfast was virtually nonexistent. I was told by staff that three people one of them who might have been homeless came and took all the sausage within the first 10 minutes. Nothing was left when I got there except dried up scrambled eggs. Absolutely terrible.

Horrible staying, First of alll my keys did not work the 3 nights I stayed there I had to go about 6 times down stairs to tell them . Second when I came inside the room my Tv was not working. Third I went to check out the balcony and there was a whole heroin needle in the floor and mind you I have a 1 year old . I told them about it and they never came up to clean it out .

The staff treated me with no respect. They charged me for the hotel stay that I already paid for in full through Hotels.com.

Hotel had some water issues at check in. People were canceling their stay. Had a wonderful breakfast with bacon. The next morning and the rest of the stay the lady cooking said the hotel was full (it was not) and too busy for her to make bacon. This was a HUGE fail and my only complaint. She lied. She just didn’t want to do it. Shame on her.

My stay here was okay. The bathrooms looked very poor, like the cracking of the walls around the shower and toilet, and the shower literally looked so questionable i showered with crocs on. The room was decently clean, just don’t look under the bed 😂. The breakfast and pool was nice but hearing the worker complain made the experience not as pleasant. I’d give this place a 6/10

This place ripped me off for $180. I showed up to this disgusting property to check in after 11 hours of driving. Not a single person at the front desk for over 20 minutes. I left and requested a refund and they denied it. This place is absolutely disgusting do not go here.

Front desk was asleep right in front of me

No breakfast was provided or even available although it advertised as being included. No coffee was available, the pots were empty.

One worker was working the front desk and was very rude to me upon arrival the room was dirty that they put me in and i tried calling front desk no answer i went down there was a ill be back in 10 minutes sign i started. Stopwatch and wasted 45 minutes waiting. Don’t stay here

Carpet in room 309, is very dirty & stained. The front desk staff were friendly & courteous. Room was satisfactory with towels replaced. Needless to say I was very disappointed in my stay.

Everything. Very dirty. Spent 3 hours waiting on a room and to check in only to have multiple issues. Bug in room, air not working, key cards wouldn’t work
