Days Inn by Wyndham Albuquerque I-25

The building is extremely run down. The staff is behind bulletproof glass and there is no microphone or speaker so you can barely hear them. To access the upper floor rooms you have to ride an elevator that feels like it’s going to drop to the ground at any moment. When we got to our room the faucet in the bathroom was broken and barely functional. No soap, no towels, the beds sit on an interesting metal frame that made a load bang every time you got in or out. It appeared to have some very sketchy long term residence that sit right out the front door and you have to walk through their cloud of smoke to enter or exit. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!! Worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

1.It is as dirty as hell.My bed was dirty, sheets had not been changed from the previous guest!!!!There was human hair and nasty raw stains!!!! Unruly persons solicited for a ride as you arrive!!!! I begged to get clean sheets and blankets and I was DENIED!!!! I did NOT sleep!!!I sat down and dosed on/off the whole night because there was no flickin way to use that dirty bed!!! THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH NEEDS TO AHIT DOWN THIS DUMP ASAP!!IT IS A HEALTHY HARZARD!!! #AVOID!AVOID!AVOID

The Days Inn in Albuquerque was the worst place my husband and I have ever stayed in. In fact I wish we had never walked in. I only did because I had already paid for my stay. Everywhere I looked while checking in was dirty (floors, walls and countertops). The area by the front desk was very small. The area for the so called breakfast was a couple small tables. No breakfast was served in the morning so I can't rate the food. The front desk person wasn't there so I wasn't able to talk to anyone. In my room the TV did not work. No phone was in my room. I had one towel for 2 people. No washcloth or hand towel. By the door was a small bench and there was a small portable torch used for probably lighting Crack pipes. The walls were very thin. You could hear everything. Please rethink staying here. It was horrible!

1 towel no soap or shampoo didn't get my 1 towel till 9 pm 1 tv channel no water cups would never stay again

Didn’t like much

It was a little loud being close to the freeway but other than that no complaints.

Never get any towels, our bed was dirty so we changed rooms and the bed was even dirtier

There was some milk for cereal, no yogurt nor anything for the waffles or bread, Tv reception was bad; nothing played. Receptionist said that things get stolen so they don’t have anything out in lobby because of thieves.

Truly a discount hotel only for a quick nights sleep

Blood and pubes on my pillow case, food and crumbs on the table, terrible stench, $100 security deposit, very loud outside, water smells terrible, dirty towels in bathroom

Sheets were dirty, only had one towel/washcloth when it was specified that we would have 2 guests. When we called the front desk in the morning to ask for another towel, they said that the housekeepers are the only ones with access to linens and they didn’t get there until 10am (we had to leave early). Didn’t even have basic cable, just smart TV so you had to have a subscription to Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc to even watch TV. Baseboards were fallen off the wall and laying on the floor. No smoke detector seen. Bed was comfortable at least. Truly terrible stay after a long day of driving.

The staff very nice and helpful. The property is pretty worn looking but the room was clean and the beds very comfortable. It was a great deal for the price we paid.

Booked a room and paid in advance and they couldn’t find my reservation after multiple phone calls. Then the cherry on top was that they don’t accept temporary paper IDs if you haven’t received your real ID in the mail yet so I ended up losing my money and driving another 5 hours to get home without any sleep after driving for 7 hours. This property needs to be completely overhauled or shut down completely.

There were no sheets or pillow cases on the beds, no trash can, no cups for coffee, the shower was broken...

Not very clean, smelled like cigarette smoke, our hair dryer was falling out of the bathroom wall

The room was dirty the fridge wasn’t cleaned out and the staff was not friendly

Location had bedbugs and there was someone shampoo bottle still in my room. Left after 4 hours and checked out. Had a hard time getting my deposit back and a refund for my other 4 days

The bed was comfortable, though! Thank you for letting us use your space to rest.
