SureStay Hotel by Best Western Albuquerque Midtown

There was a dead bug in the sheets, there was no fridge and when I messaged the staff about it, no one got back to me.

Smell,

The room was clean and the front desk attendant was very sweet.

Breakfast did not look fresh or appealing…. We got breakfast on the road!

Second stay, was great just as the first stay. Will stay again when in town.

Didn't stay here, don't know they still charged me! 🤔

I do not feel like I got the customer service I deserved

The rooms were clean & surprisingly it wasn’t as noisy as I expected; the hotel is right beside the interstate. The front desk check in was slow; we were given a room away from the pool, which was great since we weren’t traveling with kids. The one thing that stood out the most was the offer to help me get my bags to my car by three different house keepers. Their English wasn’t great but their genuine offer to help was very clear. The parking is well lit and fenced.

Basic hotel with indoor pool and breakfast. Nothing exciting but it serves it's purpose. The family had fun at the pool. It's right off the interstate but hard to get into from the access road. I was a little worried about safety because the area was a little shady.

The room wasn’t very clean and neither was the pool area. Visible mold around the pool and hot tub and the room smelled of mold. It was, however, a decent room for the price and the reception person was very nice! With a little TLC, this hotel has the potential to be a popular go to destination!

The light in my room kept turning on and off. Maybe a shortage.

Terrible breakfast, ran out of food and didn’t replace. Slippery bathtub/shower. No grab bar. Only one chair in the room.

Some tenants were smoking Marijuana and it would seep into our room

Easy access to freeway The pool looked dirty the rooms could be more clean the microwave shocks so you can’t warm up anything the ladies in the front didn’t help much

The ability to have 2 king beds is what made us choose this hotel. Bonus points because it was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was a short visit but an incredibly pleasant stop on a very long trip.

I did not like the bottom part of the bed. I had something poking out and my child and I kept hitting our leg or foot on it.

There was a sock under my sheet so obviously they didn’t clean the bed and food in my refrigerator. I complained about it and they did nothing. The TV didn’t work. There was so many problems. Was a decent room for price. Free breakfast was better than expected.
