The supervisor Shannon was very rude. She definitely discriminated on me. She asked who was next in line as their systems were down when I said I was she went around asking everyone even though the other people said I was next.

The room smelled of urine, the sheets were stained, pillows were without protectors and dingy yellow. There was also a random hair on the ceiling. I would not return to this hotel.

Thank you for the stay and I appreciate that you allow dogs. It’s hard to find good quality hotels that do.

When we checked in, I genuinely check the room to include the bathroom. The toilet didnt flush. I asked to send maintenance while I went out to dinner. Later that night, I came back to the room. Toilet still not working. I called the front desk and was told maintenance has gone home. When I asked if I could get a plunger I was told they were locked up. I asked, "what have you done in the past for other guest?" I was told, "I don't know. What do you want me to do?" I was in awe. Then was told to use the bathroom in the lobby. We also had to pay $20 dollars a night for parking in a lot with signs that read, We are not responsible for break in or damages to vehicles. Park at your own risk. They had a security both with no security guard in it. All boarded up. The hallway to our room smelled like urine. This was the Absolute Worst Hotel I have Ever stayed in. Needless to say, I checked out the next day and went to a far better hotel. This Double Tree was more like a run down Motel. They should burn it down.

Room was not cleaned, AC did not work.

Great stay for my college son and his dog. Friendly, clean and accommodating. The staff is always respectful and they never have issues checking in!

A bit dated but still nice. Needs a renovation if they expect people to be happy with the price.

I want checking in the two girls at the front desk was very nice after checking in later that evening I went to take a shower and they were absolutely a trickle of water coming out of the shower and reporting it to the front desk. The lady didn’t seem to too much. Care said she would have maintenance to look at it upon returning back to the hotel. I proceed to check the water pressure. Seems like nothing was done for the water pressure. I also paid $20 a day for pay. parking at the hotel upon returning to the hotel there was absolutely no parking. I ended up having to park a block and a half away in the Civic Center parking garage to me didn’t seem like it was a very safe area, especially for women and children that was not accompany by a man

Just loved the staff that worked there from the front desk to the housekeeping they all were nice and friendly!!

Our stay was fine. There were a few things that were annoying such as the electrical outlets mostly not working properly, wasn’t cra about the shower head, a/c just ok, the shuttle service was cancelled & that was a great perk that we looked forward to for back & forth to the airport. All in all the trip itself was great, food, drinks wonderful !

I got a key for a room that was occupied. I walked in on a man already sleeping in the room. I've never has such a bad experience. Good luck finding parking, you have to drive around to find one and then walk to the hotel. Most inconvenient stay of my life, never again. There's other hotels, go anywhere but here!
