Our stay was fine. There were a few things that were annoying such as the electrical outlets mostly not working properly, wasn’t cra about the shower head, a/c just ok, the shuttle service was cancelled & that was a great perk that we looked forward to for back & forth to the airport. All in all the trip itself was great, food, drinks wonderful !

Very nice, luxurious hotel. Room was regular room and was clean and comfortable.

Friendly staff. Cleanliness. Allowing diesel engine trucks to idle while loading/unloading. I could not sit outside on the bench to enjoy tree shade in the morning. You should have vehicles shut down while parked in front zone.

The lady who has a tattoo between her nose was real rude when it came to the store. She gave me a look like I should already know.

Beautiful facility. Nice artwork in the lobby and sub-level. Room clean and quiet and comfortable. Great proximity to restaurants.

I got a key for a room that was occupied. I walked in on a man already sleeping in the room. I've never has such a bad experience. Good luck finding parking, you have to drive around to find one and then walk to the hotel. Most inconvenient stay of my life, never again. There's other hotels, go anywhere but here!

Good size room, nice entrance with cafe and bar. Parking was a problem. Paid for parking then was not able to find a spot. It was easy to get reimbursed but the inconvenience was not expected.

Service for checking was bad , no convenient breakfast had to pay Front staff was horrible, be I’m not not white , was told to wait while other guests checked in

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was unfriendly. It was clearly just a job for them; they have not been trained in customer service and making guests feel welcomed.
