Beds were small and pillows a bit too soft . Also bathrooms are really small

I reserved a room with a king bed and the girl at front desk gave us a room with 2 full beds me and my husband had to sleep separated because we didn’t fit in one bed. Also the girl was a little bit rude and not helpful at all, we had to paid parceling lot that was already full my husband had to go back to get a refund they need to be more attentive about the parcking lot. Room was very nice and clean.

Customer service at checking was bad at check out was good. By aware they charge for parking $20. Also the sheet aren’t at Hilton standards, there okay but I feet I was sleeping at Howard Johnson. Just the sheet and towels were subpar everything else was at Hilton’s standards. Also only book thru engine other wise they might try to rise the prices they quoted you, they’re very sneaky.

Mercedes and Angel were the best staff in F&B hard working good customer service and happy to be there!

Walking distance to local events and restaurants.

The staff was super helpful and courteous. The physical plant wasnt able to keep up with the weather so the pool wasnt available. The bed was comfortable. All the rest was fine.

Favorite part was staff, front desk, bartenders. The room was disappointing but the view was amazing. The tv internet did not work, so I couldn’t watch any Netflix or app shows. Walls in the bathroom and on the carpet are stained. The bed sheets and comforter are like paper. I ordered an extra from front desk but it never came. All in all it was good enough for the few days I was there, but I wouldn’t purposely choose to stay there again.

I love that the hotel was connected to the conference center. My only disappointment was that there is no airport shuttle on Sundays and the pool was closed for part of my stay. Otherwise it was a great place to stay and the staff was excellent.

The hotel staff was accommodating and answered my questions, helped me to print and offered me a shuttle ride to the airport in the morning. The room itself was decent but the shower leaked water all over the bathroom and the floors looked worn from this pattern having repeated over and over again without being addressed. The bedding and towels were clean and simple. Overall, the stay was fine. I appreciated the security on site.

We found bugs in the bed and someone walked in my room before check out time!

Location The beds are small, literally double size beds, not double queen beds in room, no double size double beds just bigger than a twin, if you move you might fall off the bed, and beds are so uncomfortable they hurt my back. Next, the bathroom setup is ridiculously weird, the door literally almost touches the toilet and no room to move around at all.

A clean, basic hotel right in downtown walking distance to various restaurants… Also affordable… Highly recommend!

Made the reservation for a king bed room, I arrived at 2:17 and was given a (2) full bed room, once I advised the receptionist they said it was oversold and i told her I wanted one bed. It took some convincing but she gave me a queen bed room. Woke up body aching so bed wasn’t that comfortable but that’s not her fault. Literally raining from the ceiling down into the convention center area when I arrived. Buckets and trash cans were there to catch rain, 1 of 3 computers in the lobby business area working. Restaurant opens at 4 pm so just many little things that makes me reluctant to stay there again. Parking $20 but no parking lot attendant monitoring the parking lot. I loved the view from my room though so that was a positive, towel and shower very clean, water pressure great, just looks like a mix of new things and old things.

The entire time I was there the toilet was running, the AC didn't seem to ever regulate and go lower than a certain temp. It felt dusty and unclean, on the last day we woke up to the bathtub full with dirty water and something brown with a smell that was disgusting. When I let the front desk know as we were checking out, she let me know she would remove the parking fee as compensation. However when we checked in they asked if we had a car parked there and I let them know we didn't as we flew in. So removing this parking fee that shouldn't have ever been there was really disappointing. When I let the front desk agent know that she got an attitude and was rude. I will never stay in this location again and potentially never a DoubleTree again, it was a huge disappointment.
