The location is not walkable to restaurants, or places of interest.

I love their suite: it is huge. The only downside is to get into the hotel: After 5pm, the front desk employee seems to disappear in their office and it takes several minutes of waiting to get the employee to come and open the front door. That happened the 2 times I stayed at that hotel

Superb

The room was spotless, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was very good!

Clean, comfortable room. Good cocktails at the hotel bar. Stunning photographs in the hallways.

Great stay!

So so. 1. Fire alarm and Inadequate guide of staffs and no explanation after resetting of the fire alarm. Guests should understand by themselves. No apologize and detail explanation on the safety. They are not educated regarding safety. 2. Doves or cats crawling and my room 634 was noisy and sometimes it gave me the chills.3. Main approach road was closed and I was guided by kind policeman.

Very nice!! Kitchenette was an excellent touch. Parking is extra for $12 or so a night. Stay here for the awesome room.

The room was excellent and equipped with everything I needed. It was spacious and very clean. The hotel overall is great, and it was very convenient to have a bar, restaurant, and gym on site. The reception staff were lovely and always ready to help. The Breakfast, and it was a bit noisy from the roads nearby

Great, new property. Amazing room. Staff (front desk / restaurant) were great. My only complaint would be the limited amount of parking. I barely got a spot and the surrounding area is not a place I’d leave my car.

Clean, that’s all I care about.

Its a beautiful hotel with a 5 mins walk to Convention center. But the front staff and management is terrible and not really friendly and are lazy. First, They double charged me. Even though, hotel charges were paid by Booking.com, they took the payment on the day of my arrival. When asked to confirm the payment, they blindly denied it. Then they charged me another payment while returning the first one they took on the day of arrival. In conclusion, they doubled charged me, in addition to taking payment from Booking.com. Now, I am back and forth with Booking.com to recover my payment from them! I will not book this hotel for my future trips. Its just that when you crossing the bridge between hotel and downtown and the Convention Center, the homeless people sleep under bridge passage which makes scary to walk through them early in morning while they are sleeping.

This was a great property downtown. It was a good location. The food was very good at the ground level restaurant. Staff was great.

Nice clean facility. Friendly staff. Options for restaurants in walking distance was poor. Also road construction made walking to the hotel from Amtrak station painful.

Exceptional
