The Imperial

The room was clean and cute! The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was not working well, had to keep getting up every couple hours to turn it back on. The room was way too hot.

Front desk day time staff was incredibly rude and not helpful in the least. Check in is 3:00, our room wasn’t ready until 5:15 and only after we asked if there was a room ready. You had to wear your shoes in the room because the floor was so dirty. Shower curtain had mold all along the bottom. Dust balls everywhere. The Imperial was a horrible experience.

I checked in later evening during torrential rains and was greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff member. The location was close to the convention center where I was working and there are many restaurants in the area that are excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Great retro vibe. Loved the pool and its view of the neon sign at night. Large, comfortable room.

Great location on Route 66. Clean, quiet, and safe. Plenty of parking and free laundry.

Great stay

Enjoyed the pool area, laundry facility and the location. Nice to have food options on the property. There wasnt a luggage rack or drawers to store clothes, this would be my one complaint. Would suggest those for guests in the future. Upon checking in, staff wasn't the most informative and although there was internet included, staff failed to mention it. Otherwise, the room was quaint and clean. Would recommend and would stay again... one thing to bring from home would be paper towels since the suite has a kitchenette. Off-site restaurants nearby within walking distance, you gotta go across the street to enjoy a gourmet burger at Holy Burger! You'll enjoy thier fries too!!

This is an old property, recently remodel and it looks great and is very cozy! Would definitely stay there again and recommended it to others.

Beautifully designed rooms with a retro feel. I think the mattress was memory foam. Just a wonderful, wonderful experience.

The comfortable beds, tub & sink very clean. Room was cute & decorated well but small. Marks (from suitcases etc) were all over the lower parts of the walls in the room, it looked dirty. Floor felt dirty. Dining area was dirty, stained couches & tables not cleaned. Soup from Thai restaurant was awful-hard veggies & no flavor. My son liked his pad Thai. Most employees friendly except for the first young girl, Alyssa, she was somewhat rude until I asked her name. She seemed to take her time with the guy in front of me as if she knew I was anxious to check in. My blind son was waiting in my car. Area is so so but parking lot well lit at night. I don’t plan on staying there again.

No frail room. Shaky area. A little pricy.

Staff members were very helpful. Room was clean. Parking lot was dirty with trash. Walls are thin as I could hear the people next to me talking at midnight.

Our stay was great. Only thing was the tub was to slippery.

The room was renovated which is nice, price was pretty good, location is decent Unfortunately our room was just unclean. The floor was not cleaned before our check-in, and we found a sex toy in our bathroom. Honestly this wasn't a pleasant stay.
