The Imperial

Nostalgia of Route 66 The floors in the room were not clean at all. When you took a shower and you got out three minutes after you walked on the floor your feet were black.

Although a great regentrification of a Route 66 hotel, it is still a roadside motel feel. Having an onsite pool, off street parking, and a restaurant were all bonuses. Closer to high traffic areas than I expected.

The Venezuelan cafe that is part of the Imperial has amazing home-cooked style food at decent prices. It is good enough to plan a trip even if not staying overnight. Very good location and convenient for early flight from Sunport.

They have a bar but it closed at 8:30. Two choices of food - Thai and Latino.

Great place right off of Route 66, very clean and had a pretty comfy bed. Loved the retro mini fridge which had a separate small freezer. Had food options onsite and close by which made it get convenient for dinner. Great stay overall!

Great spot with an excellent staff. Clean rooms, nice amenities like the pool, on site bar and free self-service laundry in the spin room. (Bring your own detergent). Really couldn’t ask for more. Will most certainly stay here again.

no notes! great place to stay for a night or two - would have loved the bar to stay open to 10 to have a drink by the pool after a day of driving but everything else was perfect!

Loved the decor. The beds were super comfy. The colors and coziness of the rooms were great. I would definitely stay there again. The whole room made me smile. Retro with all the comfy updates. Staff was really helpful with everything. The sound proofing. We could hear the sound of the people upstairs walking around and murmuring through the walls.

This is my fifth or sixth stay here and it was just as good as the very first time. Clean rooms and a very helpful front desk person who was pleasant and welcoming. I wish Vegan Vato was still in the food court, but the hotel itself is just great.

Secure parking and close to our room. Limited places to eat— no breakfast.

I love that the hotel office is a coffee shop that has great lattes. Fun hotel - looks kind of run down outside but super nice inside and a great location. Staff were very pleasant!

The Imperial had all I needed. Clean, conveniently located to Amtrak station, onsite restaurant, bar, pool and delish complimentary coffee in the lobby. The staff were accommodating, friendly and allowed me check my luggage in early while awaiting our room. Beds are comfy, rooms have all needed amenities. Early morning is a little loud as guests leave the parking lot for the day, other than that, near perfect stay.
