Super clean, smelled great. The breakfast in the morning was great, staff was super helpful The room was a smidge small but apparently was converted from a hospital. It was beautiful though

The front desk told me was b/c I booked through a third party ( Hotels.com) which I’ve never had a problem like this before. After a long, rainy drive I was not very happy!

This was a lovely hotel to stay at! The breakfast was delicious, and included. The staff was friendly and helpful especially with the complementary shuttle. The rooms and decor were clean and updated. It was a nice home away from home for a work trip.

Upscale accommodation No airport shuttle and the individual they arranged to drive me to the airport fleeced me by charging an exorbitant fee

We had been a few years back to the roof top bar and loved it. One of the biggest reasons we booked was to hangout at the roof top bar. Unfortunately, it was being used for a private event. Staff upon arrival was very friendly and helpful, however at checkout there was not staff to help us. There was maintenance standing by the desk letting us know it would be 20 to 30 minutes before anyone would be at the desk. Asked him what do I do about checkout he said I don't know so we just left the keys on the counter. Outside of these two small issues the suite was spacious and really really nice. Would stay again.

Stayed in room 222 on second floor facing city. Wasn’t too loud with traffic. Wedding on ground floor couldn’t be heard. Rooftop bar was great on a hot night. Couldn’t access the gym (key didn’t work, but jacuzzi was nice.
