Great stay ! Nice place
-
Breakfast was better than many complimentary ones offered. Pre-made, ready to eat oatmeal might be nice in the future. Room was nice, very modern for 100 year old hotel. Good combination of historic charm and modern comforts. Rooftop bar was nice and it had food. The Bavarian Pretzel was great! Coffee station on each floor every morning was a nice touch and the water stations too. Enjoyed the hot tub. The light under the door from hallway to room is very bright. There was a large gap between bottom of room door and the floor and the bright hallway light kept us up. We eventually covered the opening with a towel and that helped greatly. The traffic noise. Hotel is near freeway, and our room was on east side of property so traffic could be heard late into the night. We did visit on a weekend.

Coffee needs to be maintained also the ad stated shuttle was available and it was not our plans head to me changed to accommodate driving around
-
Amazing staycation with so much history behind it! Now I only want to stay at historical sites!

Exceptional

Traveling through area, so we only stayed one-night. Our room faced the street and room was very noisy with sirens and road traffic, not great for light sleepers. Property is not convenient if looking for dining or shopping options. It is walkable to a point but there is not a lot around being directly off the highway. Most restaurants that are close either closed at 2p or didn't open until after 4p so no mid-day availability you will have to take hotels shuttle or drive. We went to Sawmill Markets which is a variety type eatery booths. This property does offer a nice breakfast and has a roof top restaurant with nice views.

Clean, quiet, elegant surroundings.

It is beautiful and the room was comfortable. The staff in the bar lounge were very unfriendly and un-attentive to our needs while we were there. We stayed 5 nights and breakfast was the same every morning.

The breakfast was great and the coffee was so delicious! The airport shuttle could be available at 6 am. I reserved the hotel because of the shuttle services provided but I ended up driving to the airport to drop off my friend.

Clean easy surprisingly nice spot. Reasonable for what your get. Spacious rooms. Doesn't have all the 2026 tech so bring a charger brick etc. But otherwise it's a great place to stay
