Friendly staff, very clean room, quiet

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities and the rooms were very clean and newly renovated or brand new. The price was very reasonable, especially for the quality of the hotel and rooms and the convenience with proximity to the hospital. Breakfast had a great selection. The only thing that was missing was a swimming pool and a waffle maker.

Nice hotel, good security. Clean and quiet room

I had surgery across the street. Being able to rest afterwards at the hotel made things so easy. Our room was really nice. Clean, modern, and wonderful shower water pressure! Location and parking was a breeze and so many delicious restaurants nearby.

Stained sheets, rude and unhelpful staff. They have a built-in clientele due to being attached to the hospital. I will not stay here again.

Location was nice. Close to downtown (old town) and the University. Room was spacious and clean.

Stay was quiet and comfortable

Robotic staff welcome; charged for parking, mediocre breakfast options, unable to gain entry to building until someone let us in and then we were told there is a buzzer. Hard to see the buzzer amidst all the other wall attachments.

Used, dirty, and wet towels were re-hung on the rack. They had nobody to bring new ones up. 6:00AM construction right next door. Unusually loud AC. Avid.

Parking is only partially covered. It is patrolled by security. Room was clean and nice. No tea bags in room.
