Horrible experience. Did not stay a secong night. A leak in the room, tun was gross and couldn't sleep because of how thin the glass on sliding glass door to the balcony, loud traffick. Staff was extremely rude. Corporate was extremely nice and refunded our second night. Would bot recommend until remodels. Kind of scary.

when we first got there they asked for $200 deposit which was ridiculous considering how rundown and how bad service was. there was blood on my sheets and when i went down to ask to switch blankets they said they didn’t have any…. when i insisted for her to look for sheets she rolled her eyes and was rude because she had to do her job.

I ended up with two rooms one room was fine the other one somebody pissed on the floor you could see the stain or a dog pissed on the floor the whole room is wreaked like cats but the first room I had was good we went swimming in the pool and the jacuzzi and that was well the staff was friendly and is accommodating as possible they also provided a good breakfast

The location and the lobby very welcoming Limited parking

I loved how comfortable it was. It felt like home during my 5 days their. The people were pleasant and helpful when I needed help. I found the parking spaces close together. It was hard to park when others were.not straight in the parking space. I know there were spaces on the side of the building but they became full with even worse parking experiences.

Really decent place for the price & breakfast was 👍
-
It was the most convenient location Nothing

Check in was easy. While the indoor pool felt great to be in, it was almost impossible to get out of since both ladders were missing the bottom two rungs. I couldnt tell that until after I was in the pool.

The staff was friendly. And the hotel was clean The fact that they state on their information its a 100 dollar deposit. They charged me 200 and i was there 1 night. Its been a month and I still haven't gotten it back. And to top it off you can't even get ahold of the hotel because the number they give doesn't even work.

Def won't book here again. It's always ok to give it a try

I think they're about to do a remodel. Facilities were functional but old, breakfast was below basic but it's convenient and the staff is terrific--helpful and human. Room and floor had very old miasma of nicotine. Maybe remodel will help this.

The next door neighbor were fighting the whole night. They finally put them out at 3am. The walls where paper thin. Never will I stay there again
-
The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The staff was accommodating and friendly The room faced I25 and was a bit noisy. The coffee maker in the room was broken. Breakfast was lack luster and was basically just make your own waffles with no syrup.
-
100% mold infested. No air circulation in restrooms. Weird smells. You can Hear EVERYTHING inside you room, 0 insulation. Half assed breakfast offering waffles with no syrup. Cereal with no milk. Ran out of half the breakfast and was to lazy to get more for the residents. Everyone was audibly unhappy about this. The hotel SUCKED. Renovations start Sunday, let's pray they can get this shit hole in better shape. Better off tearing it down and starting from scratch The staff was SUPER nice though!!! Just the hotel itself sucks
