The room was very clean. The staff were nice! Great place to stay.

Hotel was dirty this time. Food and trash left for days in commons area. Stains on carpet unattended. Ice machine didn’t work. Some of the staff were rude.

Bathroom floor was sticky. I got a wet hand towel and the floor was filthy. Baseboards filthy, corners in bathroom were crusted with dirt and debris. Under the sink where towed were kept dead extremely dirty and the was dust on the plumbing pipes. The top if the backsplash was filthy. Room had not been dusted in a long time based on all the piled up dust on lamps, the bath amenities. Over all HORRIBLE. I am surprised that Hilton has excepted the condition of the hotel. They need to be excluded from under the Hilton umbrella. This hotel ruins the expectation of what embassy suites was.

Faciwas great Staff was good. We whad a false fire alarm, i understand this is not dude to the hotel or staff but clear instructions were not given. The biggest Issue we had was the hidden charge for parking. We already spent $200 for a room and it didn't come with parking? Just add it to the price of the room dont hide it. Get us to book a room then surprise us with $15 charge to have a vehicle in there parking lot.

Absolutely amazing stay! From the moment we checked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Every area of the hotel was well maintained, and the amenities made our stay even better. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. We truly felt relaxed and well taken care of throughout our visit. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience.

When in the area I would definitely revisit this property! I enjoyed the layout of the property, ease of use to get to room and elevators, the openness and available cafe options for late night dining inside the property or nearby. The view was amazing to see all of the city when driving through.

They were so pleasant when I checked in late in evening. After long day traveling was comforting.

Check in was a breeze but I was told “our sales team oversold queen suites” and was given a king suite. You order a room based on your needs. Why is it offered if it won’t be available??? Otherwise, a/c batteries were dead and that was quickly fixed. The comfort, cleanliness, amenities and probably the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had made this overnight stay a dream. Will be back.

The breakfast was a highlight, especially the made-to-order omelets from the chef. However, the breakfast area could benefit from better organization. There was a shortage of seating, and the staff cleared tables a bit too quickly—if you stand up to grab another item, your table might be cleared before you return. Adding a few more tables would greatly improve the experience. Despite that small issue, it was a very positive stay, and I look forward to booking here again.
