Embassy Suites by Hilton Albuquerque

Rooms needs to be cleaned out and addressed the housekeeping needs. We usually stay at this hotel once every two weeks and we started noticing that rooms are not being cleaned properly.

The halls floors were dirty. Outside there was beer bottle and garbage in the grass and planters. I said something to the staff and was told, oh okay we will take care of it. Nothing happened. Also, being charge for parking is a joke. Where else am I supposed to park? And no one told me ahead of time.

Room was clean

I must admit that when I arrived, the room I had purchased was not available and I was disappointed. However, Geoffrey, the manager promised to make it right, and he and his staff did exactly that. The initial room was suboptimal, and they immediately switched me to a comparable room with similar amenities and offered to comp dinner and issue a refund. All of which was unnecessary because I didn't want any freebies, the staff's actions alone were compensation enough. The staff went above and beyond, were always cordial and willing to help, and my family and I had a great stay. The room was clean and tidy, the food from the restaurant was delicious, as was the complimentary full breakfast. The bar was a little pricey, but the atmosphere was was quite pleasant. All in all, an excellent stay!!! Thanks again Geoffrey from Las Vegas, great work in the land of mañana!

The staff were so amazing and helpful! Right from check in, I am being offered items and throughout my stay being checked on to see how I am enjoying my stay! Beautiful property and I’m glad I decided to stay! Thank you!

The water pressure in the shower was very low. The breakfast was excellent.

We stay 2x year every year. Love the place. Only issue this time was tile floors were dirty and sticky. So much so that we stuck to the floor. Had to go get towels after checking in at midnight and wipe down the floors.

Overall a great experience. Liked the fact they had a bar although drinks are pricey but I guess that’s normal for hotels. Room was great except for really dusty behind the end tables next to the bed. Easy to see from the bed. Nothing really walkable to eat but a quick drive gets you to a lot of places. Overall a solid experience.

The hotel was great for our overnight stay. I wished we were staying longer to enjoy their amenities. The staff was very nice and it’s a plus that they are dog friendly. You wouldn’t have known they allow pets because there was no yucky smell like many other hotels who allow dogs.

Great hotel! Great staff and great food!

The hospitality was exceptional. Saturday afternoon the staff served ice cream for the guests. We were able to hear the kids in the room next door to us, as well as the doors slamming throughout the night. It would have been nice if there was a hot tub. The charge for “self-parking” was unusual and unexpected.

I love the Embassy Suites and the Albuquerque location did not disappoint. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet and I love the amenities they provide. I want to give a shout out to the omelet chef; he was great!
