Spacious room and enjoyed the breakfast
-
It was a short overnight stay but bed was comfortable, staff were friendly and looked like a nice bar area. Would recommend.

Worst stay ever we will never come back here. Pool was ice cold, and dirty nothing like the pictures, what you are shown for Room photos is not what you get at all. Especially when it comes to Accessiblity - Mobility. The customer service was horrible. Our fire alarm went off for 2 hours & the staff refused to turn it off even though we kept reporting it. Housekeeping was banging on our door because they were told we checked out when we never did. Lotion in bathroom wall was falling off. Don't put any accommodations because you will not be accommodated.

I loved the layout with the beautiful atrium. Even with all the activity at the center, the room was spacious and quiet. I went as a single mom with kids. The kids loved the generous breakfast and I felt we were safe and secure there. Although the pool is on the small side, the kids didn’t mind. We enjoyed having the space to spread out in our suite. Lollipops at the front desk were a nice family-friendly touch. Overall, this would be an automatic go-to anytime we are in town again.

Silent fire alarms went on for hours in our room. Even woke us up. Very annoying.

clean and very nice

Me and many guests had to wait 2.5 hours to check in at the hotel because their computers were down. We had to park 2 streets away and walk a long way because there was a boxing match inside the hotel convention center, so the entire parking lot and surrounding streets were packed with cars. Staff seemed very confused and understaffed with all the guests that were very upset because their system was down. I had just driven 4 hours and had to wait 2.5 hours to get checked in. Never again. Also, Expedia was supposed to have a car rental ready for me, but Enterprise had no idea of a rental at all. I was charged by Expedia for a car rental at Enterprise, but they said there was no car booked by Expedia, so I had to rent one from Budget Rent a Car.

Hotel was dirty this time. Food and trash left for days in commons area. Stains on carpet unattended. Ice machine didn’t work. Some of the staff were rude.
