We got there around midnight. he office was not clean. there no way we were going to stay there. We did not feel safe. The parking lot was in very bad shape, full of ruts and holes. My husband walks with a cane and I was very concerned for his safety. The place looked nothing like the picture on the Booking .Com site. The place was a dump! And we didn't get our money back from Booking .com. .

The location was convenient The first room was leaking and had a massive burn on the sheets. The second room has thin walls and neighbors were talking all night. Also the picture taken was a blood stain on the sheets. Individuals at desk had dog attending at work (not noted to be service). For the low price and near downtown it's okay I guess. But as a female individual traveling I did not feel safe nor clean sleeping here. There was not two locks operating on the door. Had to use furniture to ensure no one would try and get into my room if that were to happen at this particular location.

$100cash deposit required at check in. Never seen that before. 1st room I get door is open beds unmade trash and dirty bathroom. Second room I get still dirty door was wide open again beds unmade and what looked to be clothes on the dresser. I then asked if they had a room that was clean and ready (already7pm) then the lady gets up and goes and looks for a clean vacant room. Finally room 3 was ready. Rooms are nothing great towels are stained drug addicts and sketchy looking people wander around and rent here it appears. And in the morning at checkout a different lady was at the desk and she tried to shoo me away without giving me my deposit back. I turn in my key tell her I’m checking out and she tried to keep me out of the building for a minute. This place is weird.

The staff were extremely nice and polite. Good bang for your buck. Despite it being an older hotel the rooms are kept modern and clean. They advertise free breakfast but are often out of basic items & that's if they even have breakfast at all.

Breakfast is better than before. Management does their best and it shows that they want you to enjoy your stay. In the heart of downtown and easy to access from the 25.

It had interesting character, convenient location, and clean.
