The staff is absolutely amazing very nice the room was great air conditioning perfect and clean

Great place to eat across the street I paid four times when it was worth. The place was a real Dive.

Broken latch on door, walls too thin, like the neighbor was in the room. Felt like it wasn't private or safe. Price was doubled, raised for an event in town. I got fleeced.

Could not locate anyone and they had matresses leaning up against the pool fence. Several other people were also looking for a worker or manager to no avail. Huge no refund sign on the office window. Just went to the next town on my route and stayed at a different hotel.

The owner and staff were professional and helpful. I arrived early and, since there was no one in the room, they let me check in early. The location was excellent - easy walks to both downtown and old town. It had everything I needed. I'll be staying there again in October.

I've stayed at Downtown Inn before and I will recommend it to any of my friends. The staff are pleasant, helpful, and professional. The rooms are clean, large, and with nice decor. The hotel is half a mile to the Downtown shops and restaurants, less than a mile to Old Town, and The Dog House is just across the street.

Took a side trip while here and was delayed in returning until after my check out. Ms. B took personal care of my luggage which I had to leave behind... even removing the beer I left in the refrigerator. Above and beyond service like that is what makes a difference when there are lots of choices. Thank you Ms B. ?

Pretty much get what you pay for in this price range. Hotel is dated, kind of takes you back to the 60's. Manager was nice, place was dated but clean and everything worked OK in the room.

I particularly liked the Central location to the entire city, speaking audioably of course. It gave me a sense of comfort being there in the center of it all. The feeling of welcome.

Satisfied with my stay. Definitely a returning customer.

I liked leaving never to come back Bed bugs. I noticed Bed bugs were mentioned more than once in reviews. I asked about this at the check-in and I was assured the rooms had been fumigated. I woke up covered with bites and couldn't get back to sleep. The lady at the office said she could show me proof of fumigation. My last night I bought a tube of slave for my bites. I don't know if they were "Bed Bugs" or Jumping Albuquerque-biting bugs. My trip is over and I still have visible bites. If you have someone you dislike a gift certificate may be in order.
