Nice location with a variety of restaurants nearby Everything was great, bed was not comfortable but everyone has different ideas about comfort

We didn't even stay in the room. As soon as we entered we spelled roach spray, the immediately left after requesting our deposit back.

Got woken up by the smoke detector beeping from low battery power. Called the front desk at 2am to make a note of it and my wife and I just powered through it, they did offer a different room but we were way too tired to move anything that late. We were gone all day the next day and even called the front desk again to confirm that they knew about it and to get it fixed while we were gone. Came back to the room and we were met with the dreaded beeping again. They hit us with a “maintenance must’ve not gotten to it” remark. Our room was also not cleaned at all while we were gone all day, no new towels or replaced trash. We did not leave the sign to skip our room either. While grabbing the new keys to the new room we were offered for the second night, my wife heard two other rooms ‘beep’ from low battery smoke detectors. I understand they could’ve been busy with other things and it was the weekend but something so small should’ve been an easy check off the list plus with it being what you would think a safety matter would also be at the top of the list too. This was our first experience at Garner west, we’ve been to the one by the airport and that one was pretty good so we were kind of surprised when all this happened and the lack of action taken.

During my stay, my room was never cleaned and I was not provided with fresh towels. I understand hotels can get busy, but basic acknowledgment, respectful customer service, and proper housekeeping should be expected. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations.

Perfect, five star

Please kind of looked newish until you really looked at it. There’s a lot of blemishes and things that really need to be taken care of. The worst part is whatever they use for their TV system as a box that’s strapped to the wall that has this bright blue light on it that lights up the room and I couldn’t sleep. It was so bright, but I tried laying on my side. The room was bright. I tried laying on my back that light was shined and right in my face. Tried to talk to somebody at the desk the next morning about this nobody was there. I noticed other people had dropped their keys and left as well so I didn’t wait. Any longer wasn’t gonna waste my time.

I loved that it was in the center of Jackson Hole! We didn’t know how huge this place was. The rooms are so cute and clean. Love the sink and fridge and microwave so we can heat up our leftovers! Restrooms was too small.

Updated rooms, bathrooms, etc...only complaint was there was an inch space under door that let in all hallway noise.

It was clean, quiet and the continental break was nice. Obviously recently had a cosmetic facelift. Shower retiled new furniture, etc. Bed was a little hard and shower head sucks(probably to conserve water). Some of the neighbors off the hotel grounds were a little rough.

Bathtub did not drain well, soap and shampoo, body was containers were empty and one broken. We were annoyed no cups in room. Were told housekeeping did not allow cups in rooms.
