Garner Hotel Albuquerque West by IHG

The location is good Overpriced, the room smelled bad, breakfast was not great,

It was convenient and affordable There was a lot of noise from guests above us. Also the rooms had been cleaned and sprayed down with scent removal but it still had the smell of someone who had smoked in there

Didnt like anything, staff was rude , refuse to answer the phones because they are so overly busy. Didnt like any of it, apparently there systems didnt match up with booking.com rates so my entire reservation had to be cancelled on a friday non the less, was forced to sleep in my vehicle for the night , just a crap place, crap staff, just overall crappy situation

Very nice place to stay when traveling! Great Breakfast and great room supplies also!! It was a great place to stay a night! No complaints!

I liked that this accommodation was clean. The shower water was hot, and the shampoo was not a cheap kind that leaves your hair feeling dry and gross. After a 28 hour international travel day, it felt so good to have clean sheets, a hot shower, and a hair dryer so I didn’t go to bed with a wet head. I didn’t care for the location. I wish the hotel was a little closer with a shuttle service like the sister location

They didn’t accept my reservation They didn’t accept my reservation

Good

The property was very clean, easy access, the staff was kind and helpful. My wife was very sick, and in a lot of pain. So I had to make the best choice for my family. We had to stay in Albuquerque, I had limited funds. The Garner Hotel looked the best for the price. And sure enough it was the best decision. Thank yall for the experience I liked the property

Nothing. My accessible room was overbooked which is is violation of ADA. The 2nd room that I booked and paid for got cancelled by someone Everything above. Also the regular room that I had to stay in - the bathroom door wouldn’t shut and two of the lamps lights were burned out. Also very noisy

Our room was clean Inadequate lighting by the bathroom vanity area. Couldn’t even put my make-up on in the morning. Bathroom sink area was too small also.

Didn’t get opportunity to use amenities-just quick test to travel on.
