Had a nice stay with the family. Room was updated and very clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was nice. Only downside was I paid twice as much for the 2 bed queen suite room. The TV in the extra room was not connected so the room wasn't usable.

I love it

The staff here were amazing! They went out of their way to be accommodating for my family! The hotel was clean and the whole atmosphere was welcoming! Honestly, it’s not seemed to be placed in the best area and there are definitely people on drugs and homeless in the area, however my family and i had zero problems. We were safe and our cars were safe! So again, not in the best location but would stay again even with an infant, toddler, and teenager.

After we had a bad experience on th other place we came to this very clean well maintained place

Room was large and very up to date. Plus room was very clean. The best breakfast we have had at any of the hotels we have stayed at on our long trip. I would highly recommend this hotel over any of the hotels we were at. We will stay again. Great staff. I dont think any thing. The pool was great as well.th

Property was looks to have just been updated and nice. Was in an older area. The breakfast was very sparse.

Very minimal amenities. Bathtub was very slick, almost fell. Air conditioner very noisy when running. Very few tv viewing options. In room frig was somewhat cold. Bed was comfortable though and the place was quiet. Okay stay if just needing a place to get off the road and crash for the night.

Cleanliness and kindness of the workers I told them we had a person who couldn't see good. They put us beside the workout room that never closed, I guess. Only 6 cars here so they could have given us something better. When we laid down, the workers kept slamming doors and walking by our room. All 4 of us did not sleep more than 3 hrs. I got up and told the guy on duty we had a 10 hr. Drive the next day and he understood. No he didn't. Just kept walking around with his keychain of 50 keys....We liked the Dove soaps but we couldn't open the bathroom door. Will never stay here again.

Bed was great The repairs going on

Poor lighting, too dim, not enough Bedside stands w/electrical didn’t work. Figured out they were not plugged in to wall. Did not appear to be enough outlets for such appliances to plug in Hotel under renovation so not appealing No amenities offered since under renovation Low budget hotel so not worth the money

Plenty of parking. Staff was excellent. Had microwave and refrigerator in room. Had to stay on 3rd floor because of remodeling the other two floors but hotel had elevator. Also, gym was out of order. Wasn't really bothered by construction noise. Had trouble keeping enough bacon and sausage in breakfast room. Great stay overall.

It started off with the fact that according to them, they didn’t have my reservation. They said their system wasn’t getting reservations from Booking.com. miraculously, even though the hotel was supposedly full, they still had a king room like my reservation. They also said they would be gracious enough to give me the same rate. (And I quote )“even though the room rate should be a whole lot more”. when I walked to my room the door would not close securely. You could just lightly push and the door opened. The lock mechanism and the striker plate were NOT LINED UP. You could see the plate below the lock hole was scuffed scratched & had been for a LONG time from amount of damage. The night manager came up and replaced a screw in the face plate thinking that would fix the issue. I showed him how they don’t line up and the marks at the bottom of the hole. He said the hotel was completely booked, he cannot move me to another room that doesn’t have a security issue. The only way it could halfway close somewhat was by removing the lower screw and letting the face plate free float by only one screw. It allowed it to catch most of the locking mechanism. When I went to dinner I had to load all luggage back into my in the car and then bring them back upstairs, I had to pack up all of my things. I didn’t feel comfortable enough, leaving them in my room. And I’m not even talking about valuables. I’m just talking about clothes and toiletries. The night manager said he would give me some financial compensation for my troubles with the security issue of the door. As of this evening, my bank still shows $129 being charged. But the receipt they gave me this morning shows it should be $97.12. He claimed and it shows a correction was made of $15 but if you add up $15 and $97.
