The staff was very helpful and courteous. One elevator was broken.

Very convenient off I40. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet on my long road trip home. Breakfast was decent and the staff were very friendly. The fridge actually kept cold which is not normal in hotels. The freezer section even worked! The elevator was loud and only 1 was working- but it was working. There was a smell when I first entered the room like it had been previously smoked in but it went away quickly and did not complain.

The location was ok, but it was a little bit tricky to head south to Iliff.

Nothing Cleanliness my daughter found something she shouldn't have and would like a refund. We ended up not staying there

Could use an update

The room was a great size for my family. The breakfast had a great selection, pool was great. Location was amazing. The couch bed was broken but luckily it was only needed for my child and he didn't mind.

For my needs everything was excelent. Room was huge, breakfast was good, staff was really friendly. I received txt to ask about my stay and I could reply if I needed anything. If I find a deal with this Hotel in the future I will def. Be staying there again. I didnt find anything wrong

The staff was amazing, interacting with my young kids so well. The lady that works the front in the evening was so nice! Our room on the 3rd floor had a funky smell when we went in the 1st time. But staff took care of it right away!

Only 1 elevator was working, there was a dead roach on the floor when we entered the room and the neighbors caused a ruckus most of the evening. I would not choose to stay here again.

Having twin queen beds was great.

Maybe select the HIE instead. Staff rude. Put me really gut on hr freeway side. Jo sleep all night. Food for breakfast was also very bad. Don’t stay here.

It was great! We were very tired and the guy at check in was wonderful!
