It was just an ok

this hotel wasnt very good

Toilet seat was broken and no tissue.

Beds were comfy. The electric outlets in the lamps were loose so that the plug wouldn’t stay in them. They only had 3 towels per 4 guests. When we asked for the fourth one, they said they were out and we had to wait for another towel until housekeeping got there. The ice machine didn’t work. So even though the necessities were good, I would say that unless things improve things are gonna start getting rundown.

There was not a single solitary ounce of warmth to the shower…. Old fries were on the floor.. an empty candy box.. just gross.

I appreciated that they had armed security that patrol the parking lot and I felt comfortable about having to leave some of my tools that were locked in the back of my truck and not worry about them being stolen.

During the overall stay there was no hot water( good thing we had 2 rooms, so we had a place to shower) no towels in our room when we arrived, the tv did not work, after inspection of beds we noticed bed bugs. Plus the water went out as well. Not a great experience for the amount we paid and the time we stayed.

When we first got there the gave us a room key and we had to walk back and forth 3 times because key card wouldn't work.They gave us another room and the card didn't work and I had walk back to the office. There were stains on the mattresses. It said free internet but there was no internet and TV had no signal the whole time. TV stand/dresser was all tore up. We only had a toilet paper with 3/4 of it gone when we entered the room and when we asked for more the counter guy said we had to pay for it so we waited and asked housekeeping for a roll. There were 4 of us but they would only give us 3 baby towels.The shower head wasn't centered so had to stand up against shower surround to take shower. The toilet was terrible, couldn't even put one piece of paper in it without it overflowing.The coffee pot in kitchen was broken, the biscuits were hard as a rock. Overall very bad experience and wouldn't recommend to anyone

Air conditioner didn’t work that good. The room never cooled down that much. The pool and hot tub were clean and very nice. Breakfast was good but no syrup for the waffles.

Everything it’s good and clean

The staff was very helpful and polite. The elevator stopped working. My friend got stuck in the elevator for 15 minutes and after that, it was broken down. One of the days the Jacuzzi was not heating up. We rented two rooms and one of the rooms TV did not work. The breakfast was really well stocked at all times. There was enough parking. The rooms were decent and clean.

Good stay, convenient location and good price!

Hot tub was as cold as the pool. They wouldn’t give us new towels without taking our old ones back to the front desk. Location was overall nice. Everything was in reach.

The first room 303 smelt like cigarettes so we got switched to 114. Bathtub was nasty, the light by sink didn't turn on, blank and sheet had stains, the rest of halls and lobby was falling apart, no ac in lobby or elevator and was really hot, the cleark was not very friendly and the room above was so loud 4am until we left and i mean stomping and yelling and no one answered the front desk when I called to let them know. Walls are paper thin. Did not match the reviews at all.

It was "ok".

Absolutely horrible! Icemaker didn’t work, TV didn’t work, refrigerator didn’t work! The floor in the wheelchair accessible bathroom did not have solid tiles. They were popping up every time I took a step.

The bed was comfortable. Their TV service was horrible. We would start watching a movie/show and the service would go out. Internet ???

The AC didn't cool the room, It kept turning on and off all night. it was an uncomfortable night. We were on the second floor and the third floor tenants jumped around all night making all kinds of thumping noises which added to the already uncomfortable night due to the bad AC. I booked the room for three but only had towels for two.

After checking in we went to eat so we turned on the AC units on both rooms when returning after 1hr+ only one of the rooms was cool, the other was musty and humid and the fan didn’t work for the ac to run, the front desk guy (not maintenance) came upstairs & said it felt fine to him, in the most condescending way, & said we just had to wait for it to cool down, when explained the situation that we had already left and turned it on high to cool he said it was then something we had to deal with because it was on the west side where the sun hits more, again in a condescending way, when he said he will let the owner know but to him nothing was wrong, we immediately went to go get the owners attention and our room was switched, to a room that didn't have a working ac either but at that point we were so tired from traveling & we just slept with the constant fan on the entire night . The room didn’t have shampoo or conditioner only one bar of soap, it was so devastating seeing the condition of the entire hotel. No ac in the lobby/ or pool area either. Only fans connected where u can see can be hazardous and dangerous for small children. Trash cans overflowing in the hallways. I would never come back to this hotel. We should have left before going in when they didn’t put our 2 rooms close to each other to begin with! It has been the worst hotel we have rented with Hotels.com! We are very disappointed!
