Location was good No chain for door lock. Room wasn't as clean as it could have been. Door to outside had gap under it.

Amazing. The room was clean. It was a smoking room so the room smelled of an ash tray. That was expected. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was very disappointed that I overslept and missed the free breakfast. But, as I was leaving, I smelled bacon, from the missed breakfast. It's a real breakfast, not a doughnut and coffee. I highly recommend this hotel!

This property was an older hotel, fixed up. Outside room doors, door lock was tricky to open, rooms were difficult to locate, room was clean, good breakfast, great coffee.

It was a pretty comfortable room to stay a night there. Can't really say that there wasn't anything that I didn't like about staying at this hotel. It was a nice stay.

It was close to restaurants, gas stations and stores for groceries. Close to the highway and random people walking by the property and the rooms.

Not a great stay. Floors in hotel room were dirty. No WiFi in the room. Shower faucet did not operate correctly so it was either freezing cold or scalding hot. Parking lot was flooded with standing water. Hotel is close to I40 so there was lots or road noise. Would not recommend this hotel

Got there late, front desk agent was quick and nice. Had space for trailer parking. Room was clean and spacious. Worth the price for a budget stay.

Exceptional

Hotel in desperate need of renovation. The ceiling had a line of where water was leaking onto the carpet. The only ice machine was near the lobby. The elevator was in need of updating too.

A truly terrible, filthy place, full of homeless people. I couldn't sleep for two days; there were people partying right outside the rooms, and I just wanted to rest. The shower looked like a homeless person was living in it—the place is horrible. Oh, and I forgot to mention: I told the front desk the TV remote wasn't working, but they did nothing. The blankets didn't smell clean, either; it was very frustrating. It’s supposedly a 4-star place, but I’d say it would barely reach 1 star—and only if they actually kept it clean. Not to mention the breakfast, which was just bread and coffee.

Great staff and easy checking in and out

Room was clean, pool was clear and clean. Breakfast was great with real eggs, biscuits, sausages and waffles, oatmeal and more. My non-smoking room smelled of smoke, but I was too tired to ask for a room change. Every employee was helpful and kind.
