Home2 Suites by Hilton Albuquerque/Downtown-University

I stayed here after my outpatient surgery, the hotel is very nice and clean. They also offer good breakfast. It is five minutes away from the UNM hospital

Great stay

The eggs, Sausages patties and potatoes where not hot. I work food service and they were definitely in the danger zone they should have not had them out if there was something wrong with the warmer good was to get your travelers sick.Other then that very comfortable rooms.

Night staff was very friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom door felt like it was going to fall off the hinges. Bathroom door didn’t lock. Other than that it was nice and would stay there again.

The handicap accessible elevator was quite handy, as we had a room on the 5th floor. The beds were comfortable, and having a privacy curtain between the main beds and the sofa bed was a boon because one party woke earlier than the others. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. Had a little trouble locating the ice tray, so we used a casserole dish for ice. The kitchenette was fully stocked with every useful thing besides food. Even the cat liked being there, and she hates traveling. Breakfast was tasty and varietal. The hotel market had treats for humans and pets. There were complimentary apples at the front desk, and they didn't mind us taking a few for the road. Only downside was that booking through a third-party website prevented us earning Hilton Honors rewards. Hotels.com will have to work on that.

Very clean and organized. The bed felt like a cloud. Friendly and helpful staff

Staff was super friendly...pantry could be better ratocked

The best room I’ve stayed in- in a while! My family and I had a great time. Check in was smooth the lady was kind and informative. The Breakfast sandwiches were amazing, very nice lady working in the kitchen. We also left a very important Blanky behind, they were so helpful And had it waiting for me at the front desk! We were so grateful! 10/10 Thanks for a great stay!

Rooms are very clean. Friendly staff.

Very clean and safe location.

breakfast was delicious. our room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. pet fee is rather steep especially if you're only staying one night BUT the staff were super kind and accommodating.

Room was quiet and everything in there was clean. Beds was soft, we opted for the king bed with baby traveling with us. Kitchen was stocked with usable dishes to eat with for take out of breakfast from hotel.

It was excelent

The facility was nice but the room Was not. The shower was filthy. The bed was directly butted up against AC VENT making sleep impossible.
