Comfy beds and good breakfast

Otherwise, our stay was good! We ate the hot breakfast every morning which included waffles, meat options, egg options, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, etc. I do wish they could use a different holder for the cooked items, as the little cabinet they use is difficult to serve from. I would stay here again.

VERY DIRTY HOTEL!!!!!!!

Arrived and had to wait for someone to to come to the desk to check in for about 10 minutes. The room was clean and spacious and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was good.

Very clean, okay location. Center of everything and easy to get to.

In town for doctor appointments @UNM hospital this location at Home 2 north east University Blvd.is just a few blocks away made if very convenient . Also close to Old Town , aquarium, BioPark, Zoo.

We like this hotel but it needs some updates, the lobby smells weird like moldy, the door in the bathroom was squeaking. And I really with the bedsheets weren’t synthetic. Breakfast was just ok.

The hotel is dated the bathrooms need exhaust fans. The AC worked good though. Number of tv channels was very limited. For the price I was expecting alittle more.

The lobby is a huge space that could easily encompass a full service restaurant but there is nothing in the space except some chairs. I did not have time to cook my own breakfast. The TV selection id sparce and horrible for a Hilton. Conrad would be spinning in his grave. The suite is a worthless waste of space. The whole thing needs to be redesigned.

Easy location. Clean rooms. Staff was nice.

Initially upon check-in, the staff was amazing. There was an employee that was the late coverage. She was rude and not helpful and was arguing about us having an additional reservation. Initially when we registered the manager had commented that she saw the additional reservation. I Thk m we will be staying at the Home 2 Suites in another area.

Easy to find

The only thing I would suggest is that with having two kids in here to have at least swept the room everyday. That didn't happen. But I did enjoy my stay here and I will come back

Check in was fairly quick. Receptionist was not very friendly. Overall the hotel was great

What stood out was the rooms are very clean. Breakfast was fabulous hotel. Staff was very, very kind. The only downfall hat was that the pool smell a lot like bleach so the kids didn’t swim much and that’s why we book for the pool.

Clean and spacious room, nice location, well stocked kitchenette. Great room for spouse and I and our toddler.

Clean Was kinda expensive and pulling into the hotel there was a bridge with a ton of homeless people camped out underneath it. The location was a little dicey, but Albuquerque is a whole seems a little dicey.
