We had a kitchen but most of the pots and pans were missing. Other than that, we had a very nice room with a comfortable bed and very nice bathroom and hot water.

Stayed for 5 days. Very comfy studio room. First walk in, room smell good. Room has big desk for work and TV, nice big fridge and cooking stove with some pots and pans. Bed is soft and AC working well. Even in 90s temp, I turned off AC at day and let the room cool at night using AC. I slept well as I did at home. Definitely will stay again if I m in ABQ area.

The women’s restroom was out of order, by the check in desk. That was a problem because I had to go in the men’s restroom!

It needs a scrub down. Sheets were stained. Carpets was dirty. Would not recommend unless deeply cleaned.

My room was very clean and the entire experience was seamless and comfortable. I am a single female traveler with her dog and I felt safe staying at this hotel, which is of utmost importance on my trip.

I wanted to stay somewhere that didn’t use scented laundry detergent because I am sensitive to fragrance and this place rose to that challenge brilliantly! The room smelled like nothing which is so hard to find. I did call ahead and ask that my room not have air freshener or scented sprays and I’m not sure if all the rooms are always like that but my room was absolutely scent free. Even the soaps and shampoos had a scent, but it was very faint. I know I’m going on and on about the fragrance thing but this is what I would be looking for in a review so in case this is helpful for others. It also was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the staff were very nice. Some of the hallways/lobby areas are a little bit rundown but for me that was not a big deal. The room was wonderful. They were out of small rooms so I got upgraded to a suite w a kitchen, lounge area, very nice and an excellent value.

Staff was very helpful

Outside and lobby didn’t look so impressive, but room was really nice and full of amenities. Way good deal for the money. TV in room 212 didn’t work properly…please fix.

Staff is always helpful and friendly. Could use some refurbishing but over all the best value in Albuquerque for the amenities.

The staff wasn't really very accommodating. I understand that check-in is 4pm but arriving at 2pm and being told that NO rooms were clean or available was a first for me. After driving all morning and being told to come back in 1-2 hours, it was a little off-putting that an early check-in just wasn't possible. We did come back a little after 3pm and again were told they "would check to see if any rooms were clean yet" as if they were doing us a big favor. The other employee then whispered off several available rooms that were ready. There was a sign about early check in fees, which I would have paid but at least they didn't charge us for the extra 45 minutes. We left by 3am anyway due to flight plans. The room was clean though and the bed was comfortable. Overall a decent stay. There was about a 13 minute drive to the airport which wasn't too bad either.

Enjoyed stay. It was great

The rooms are somewhat quiet, but you hear common noises like the sink, and bathroom, but it’s muffled for the most part. The place is good stay for the price range. I have heard the suppose charges for the $5/night for the parking lot but so far I have not seen the charges for it.

Clean some things are out dated a little
