Suburban Studios Albuquerque Uptown

Exceptional

Felt safe, great area for dog. A few other guests were loud early in the morning, but to be fair, they were early rising construction workers, so it’s understandable,

Loved it

I like that it was clean on the outside. The customer service.

Location Lack of parking

I thought the price for the cleanliness and comfort of the property was very good. Great location too!

Clean and quiet

Good

Passable

price cleanest needs work, bathroom tub tiles has mold and drawers need to be wiped out. hair all over place even in towels

This place got pretty good reviews, especially for the price. I would not stay here again. On one side of the building there are homeless hanging out. Luckily he put me on the good side. But, NO ice machine. What? And there is alot of traffic/city noise. (Altho that did not keep me awake - earplugs can come in pretty handy). The location is fine but I don't consider it in Uptown. The room was clean and if you are staying for more than one night, it has some amenties. However, the coffee that they provide was so weak that it looked like tea and I used both packs in one pot. I don't like writing a bad review, but if I were to read this, it would definitely help me to pick something else.

Room was clean ataff was very helpful

Nice at the door parking. Easy access.

Very good

I liked the friendly staff, the clean room and it's amenities. The only thing was the parking. I can not walk to far, so the only place near my room was parking right right next to a curb on my driver's side which made it difficult.

The room that I booked was a king accessible for two adults, I even received a confirmation of my booking and it was accepted. When I got to the property they said that room was not available but they moved me to a two bed room. The bed sizes were a full, they never called me to let me know my original room was no longer available. I let them know that the two small beds would not worked and they said that’s all they had. I asked for a regular king bed and they said they only had something in the second floor. I had a three night stay and they never offered to move me the next day to a bottom floor or even let me know if it was an option. I was very disappointed that I was not notified prior to approval that the room I booked and paid for was not available so I had time to look for another property. The staff did not even seem to care about the inconvenience that this change had made.
