The staff were all very helpful and accommodating. Everything was clean and has been updated recently. Perfect stay/location for a business trip.

Had an excellent stay, room was very nice, bed was comfortable, staff was very friendly. However, after we left we were charged over $115 on top of the 1 night stay. I called several times to talk to management to get the money back. Management will not call me back and the front desk person acts like they cannot help at all other than transfer to the manager.

Clean room, courteous staff, who was personally text me if we need anything, unfortunately when I asked for toothbrush she was not available. Free, easy access parking around the building, free breakfast was pretty good. Then more quick food on a fancy establishment in front without having to cross a busy street. My teen enjoyed the place. Good for kids too.

Breakfast was good and staff was super kind and friendly! The only issue I had was the bathroom fan didn’t work. Otherwise it was a great stay.

the room was clean, and the staff was very professional, friendly, and when there was a little "glitch," they were extremely helpful. The "glitch" related to a cc reader and not a problem with the facility. The location was as good as I had hoped that it would be. We would stay there again, no doubt. (Thanks again, to the staff!)

Breakfast was good. Location was good. I liked that there was tax exemption. The bathroom fan didn't work. The blinds didn't work too. Location was at an odd not an easy access.

I liked the convenient location and how clean the rooms were—plus, the breakfast was really nice for my dad and me. Nothing really stood out in a negative way; everything met or exceeded expectations.

The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. We arrived very late (almost 1 o’clock in the morning) and they were helpful when I called to have them check us in while we were still a couple of hours away. The facility was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect as we passed through town and only stopped to sleep. Parking was perfect as we had a U-Haul and trailer and on other truck with trailer. I highly recommend new shower heads as the ones they have are old and barely squirt out water. Also some new pillows as they were pretty old. I also feel like their pet fee is a bit high.

Easy location for getting around Albuquerque. The lock on my room inside was broken. Shower was a trickle. Not the best neighborhood.

- Security locks missing - Dirty sheets - left over items inside mini fridge from prior guest - wall mounts not covered with items intended for use - Housekeeping staff rude and unprofessional behavior when handling a request for clean sheets to replace dirty ones, laying one there phones instead of working. - extra charge for already crowded parking lot, with limited access to entrances.

Great room and breakfast Everything was good

Clean property. The room size was smaller than most and the ac unit was loud and would shut off and on which would wake me up. Breakfast was excellent!
