Safe and clean. Close to restaurants and shopping

Place is run on the cheap, room was large. Paper cups, locks installed backwards, no water pressure, close the upper floors to be as economical as possible…

The pool was nice and the exercise room was useful for us. Breakfast was nice, and the room was nice, comfortable.

There was a place across the way where you can get something to eat. It closed at 10:00pm which was nice because we didn’t have to go looking for a place to eat. We arrived at 9:00pm to check in.

Pleasant hotel, friendly staff

Everything was fine. No issues.

The mattress had no real support. The towels were more like sandpaper not a nice fluffy towel. The tv did not work properly. The ac had to be turned down to 65 to even blow cold air. The picture in line makes it look like a fabulous hotel. NOT THE CASE! Because of all of the above, we showered and left!

The staff was friendly when available, but we found a roach in our room and the tub and shower area were not clean. Just did not feel comfortable with those conditions. Unfortunately the pet fee is $75 opposed to $50 at most other Hampton locations. Pretty ridiculous for one night.

Me and the significant other were passing through Albuquerque, and our stay was nice. Clean, quiet and staff was friendly. Definitely will be staying here again, since it was quite convenient for us to get where we needed to go.

There was a brewery pub located across the street for those interested in a quick bite and a locally crafted beer.

The staff were all very helpful and accommodating. Everything was clean and has been updated recently. Perfect stay/location for a business trip.

Had an excellent stay, room was very nice, bed was comfortable, staff was very friendly. However, after we left we were charged over $115 on top of the 1 night stay. I called several times to talk to management to get the money back. Management will not call me back and the front desk person acts like they cannot help at all other than transfer to the manager.

Clean room, courteous staff, who was personally text me if we need anything, unfortunately when I asked for toothbrush she was not available. Free, easy access parking around the building, free breakfast was pretty good. Then more quick food on a fancy establishment in front without having to cross a busy street. My teen enjoyed the place. Good for kids too.

the room was clean, and the staff was very professional, friendly, and when there was a little "glitch," they were extremely helpful. The "glitch" related to a cc reader and not a problem with the facility. The location was as good as I had hoped that it would be. We would stay there again, no doubt. (Thanks again, to the staff!)
