Clean, great quality and right next to a food hall Nothing

Very clean

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room/bathroom was clean (barring the old carpet). The hot breakfast was delicious. This property needs updating, especially the bathrooms and carpeting throughout. The property is near a highway, so there is traffic noise at night.

The room was clean and staff were nice. The shower had a lot of pressure. The beds were not very comfortable

When I arrived to check in there was a manager in distress due to someone being in the hotel whom was not supposed to be there. She attempted to chase the man out and came back to say he seems to know the hotel lay out pretty well. I was extremely concerned and uncomfortable with proceeding to check in. I decided to not stay at the hotel due to my own safety especially as a single woman traveling alone. They would not let me cancel nor provide a refund. I will not be booking with this location again.

They charged a fee for a pet which we didn't have. I called the hotel and the GM never called me back. I also called corporate and they weren't much help either. I would be very careful staying here.

Very cheap so did not expect much but it turned out to be a really nice clean place

Top notch as always Just a bit challenging to get in and out of this location.

Bumped my head brushing my teeth on the shelves to the left of the sink. Switch the shelves for towels for the picture over the toilet. Problem solved. Shelves sick out over the sink creating a safety issue for those of us brushing our teeth.

Its proximity to the highway we needed to be on the next morning. Front desk clerk was very kind. Wasn’t very clean for being almost $190 for one night.

Check in was a little of a hassle and misunderstanding

I just really did not like the immediate area.
