Clean, nice room

Air conditioner was not working was 85 in room the whole time

The space was nice for our family. Lots of stairs though haha! The beds were very soft and I am a pillow snob. These pillows felt like sleeping on mashed potatoes. Too soft and too flat. We never got cleaning service in the three nights we were there. The breakfast was excellent as was the coffee. The pool area was nice and clean. I would say it was adequate but not luxurious. Worth the price we paid and spacious enough for a family of five.

Staff are lovely, rooms are very large and clean. Had a very enjoyable 2 nights there.

We were very disappointed with the room and unfortunately there is a lot to mention. There were stains on the carpet, the dining table had numerous scratches on it, there was a sticky substance on the tile in front of the fireplace, the bed was uncomfortable, the trashcan under the sink in the bathroom still had a bunch of trash in it from the people who stayed before us, the toilet had a ring of dirt inside the bowl, there were numerous hairs in the shower, the bathroom outlet did not work, the shower gel bottle was completely empty, there were dead bugs on the window sill and the air conditioner did not work properly on auto so we had to keep it running all night. The full kitchen is a nice feature but the dishwasher kept beeping every 30 seconds and there was no On/Off switch. We went to the front desk to ask how to turn it off and the front desk person said he would go to the room to help. We waited for over 30 minutes and nobody came. We looked under the sink and found the plug and just unplugged it. A positive was the breakfast was good. The room rate was very reasonable but, good deal or not, we wouldn’t stay here again. Hate to rant but there were just too many issues not to inform others.

Very unsafe area and the room smelled really bad so I just left and stayed at a nicer hotel - it’s worth spending the extra $75 to be safe

Very satisfying

When I arrived they put me in a bad hotel room in the very back of the hotel. Being in the back wasn't the problem but it was that when I walked in it smelt very bad and I saw a dead cockroach near the fire place. I requested for a different room and they allowed me to change rooms thankfully. The second room that I was in was much nicer and newer. They try to scam you and take you to an older, dirty room which is wrong. I also remember one morning when I came down to eat breakfast when everyone was waiting because the chef didn't arrive. So breakfast was not served on time. Beware that when you arrive they charge you $100 in case something breaks or not which I was not aware of. Also when you leave you pay for your parking which I also didn't know about. I stayed for a week and had to pay $32.29 when I checked out. Which I was unaware off. The pool was nice and maintained well and the janitors work hard but the rooms in the back are maintained poorly. I hope this helps. Please beware!

The pool is outside, not like it said indoor and there was no spa. I got two rooms that night, and one of them had a chewed up piece of gum on the end of the coffee cup that was provided to go.

This place was amazing! The room was spacious and clean, the kitchen was fully equipt and the bed was comfortable. The pool was refreshing and the workout room had all the needed amenities. Breakfast was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!!!! Eggs, cheese, potatos, peppers, salsa, chorizo, yogurt, pancakes, toast, flavored bagels, oatmeal with all the fixings, juice, milk, coffee, fruit, I know I'm forgetting somethings. The was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had in a hotel!

For the price and extra cost for parking and cash hold, our stay was extremely disappointing. The a/c wasn't working. The human at the front desk, wasn't helpful, apparently couldn't give us another room and just offered a portable cooler unit. The unit did not cool the room down. Definitely not recommending this facility.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sonesta ES suites. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was fantastic, full kitchen with microwave, stove, oven, full fridge and freezer, dishes and dishwasher. The room was clean and cozy and even featured a fireplace(you can get logs down at the front desk). It felt like a home away from home. The breakfast was delicious, the pool was clean and cool, and there was even a nice shaded patio area.

Awesome place fully equipped and nice rooms!

It was a great experience. I absolutely love the space each room has. I will only book at this hotel from now on!
