The pool was nasty and green and unable to be used… the property had no WiFi… the doors coming into facility was broke so it was not secured… it was very noisy all throughout the night.. the staff was the best thing about the facility and it was clean..but the stay was horrible.

Elevator broken, door key card reader broken, shower old and falling apart, and no breakfast apparently due to an employee no show. Not a great place to stay to say the least.

Looking for an affordable room for a weekend getaway. This is a nice hotel to stay. The room was nice, not top of the line, but good for the rate. The room had a wet musty smell from the air conditioner. Lysol and other cleaning supplies only helped so much, seemed to be permanent. We only stayed for one night and that was long enough.

The front desk employee was great!!! I appreciate her.

Everything is broken and theirs cockroach in the room the pool is dirty and growing mold the elevator doesn't work, the kitchen is closed and theirs no breakfast because of the bug infestation

Bathroom was disgusting. Rust, mildew, and grime around bathtub, toilet, and sink. Hair on the toilet seat.

Was put into 2 different rooms because tv didn't work in either. Elevator was broken the whole time. So people was having to carry there stuff down 3 flights of stairs

Everything was nice, I have no complaints

First, let me say, do not rent this hotel ever it is very outdated very sketchy drug heads everywhere laid out outside at the front broken cars on blocks in the driveway. Stairs were broken and we were not told went up to the room no sheets on the bed the room was not cleaned at 3:15. We were told by the front desk that we could put our own sheets on the bed no towels we were also told that the towels were dirty and they would have to wash them because they had no staff everyone went home for the day. We absolutely stayed 30 minutes, walked down to the pool. It was so green you cannot get in it. I called Expedia. That’s where I booked. The room and I canceled immediately went up to the front desk told her I would not be staying here. The rooms were filthy hair all in the tub. It is so druggie. I told her I wanted a refund ASAP. Do not waste your time or money at this hotel unless you’re looking for trashy hotel if not do not go. I got my money back within 30 minutes. I could not stay there any longer not safe at all crackhead laying on the front soon as you drive up by the lobby. The worst hotel of my 57 years that I have been to me and my husband travel a lot and this is the absolutely worst. We were there July 19, 2026. DO NOT STAY

Amazing stay. Only down fall was the wait time to get into our rooms. We had a wedding to get to so ended up all 7 of us changing in the hallway bathrooms instead of our rooms. Check in time was supposed to be 3pm unlike other hotels 2pm. But was told to wait til 330. Wedding started at 430 15 min away. Only gave us 30 min to change so public restroom superman change it was.

Terrible hotel!!…. First off the bat, electric door lock was broken and no maintenance on the weekend to fix it, so front desk staff had to come open the door every time. Only 2 towels for a 2 queen bed suite. Went down to get more towels after check in and they had no more to give out. Was able to see 2 huge garbage bags full of towels that needed laundering, but again nobody on the weekend to get it done. Whole place stunk of Marijuana. Went to bathe and tub wouldn’t drain properly, would back flow dirty water into the tub. Just about the worst run hotel we’ve ever booked in our lives. No management available to help with anything, front desk lady was on her 3rd day and left all by herself with no guidance on how to do anything other than check people in. 3 other staff members quit over the weekend. Recommended any potential guests to look elsewhere if you want a decent hotel to stay at!!

Looks fine from afar, but found cleanliness issues all around. Dirty linens, moldy bathrooms. Shower head would have fallen off if we tried to touch or move it so had to shower with a drizzle. NO towels ever available. Phone and safe did not work. We stayed as a large group with multiple rooms and all had similar issues.

Very dirty room small like wet leaking water on top ceiling from top room all around dirty sofa bed towel will never stay there again

The shower head was about to fall out of the wall there was mold on the tub caulking it took 4 hours for me to get my TV fixed breakfast was a joke there was nothing it was all cold and this was at 9:00 a.m. there was one sausage link no eggs no bagels no bread no nothing never will I stay there again and I'll probably won't book through Expedia again

We had 5 people staying in our room for 2 nights. When we arrived, there was only one towel available. When my wife went to ask for extra towels later that night, she was told very rudely, We don't have no mo! I had to run down a cleaning lady in the hall the next day to grab 2 more. The elevator stunk, as well as having an odor throughout. The beds are comfortable however.
