We had 5 people staying in our room for 2 nights. When we arrived, there was only one towel available. When my wife went to ask for extra towels later that night, she was told very rudely, We don't have no mo! I had to run down a cleaning lady in the hall the next day to grab 2 more. The elevator stunk, as well as having an odor throughout. The beds are comfortable however.

The room was cold We spend 325 dollars to stay in a room full of mold in the bathroom. Elevator hasn’t been serviced in years. The room had paint chipps and stains in the room ceilings as well.

Everything was fine I could not use my points

When a staff member finally came out, I explained that I had been waiting, but there was no apology at all. Instead, the response was simply that they had to take a break. I understand that staff need breaks, but leaving the front desk unattended and then not even apologizing to a tired guest was very disappointing. If they had simply apologized, I would not have left a review. This is actually my first time writing a hotel review, but the attitude at reception was frustrating enough that I felt I should share my experience.

Bed sheets were stained. Hot water was dangerously and extremely too hot at a dangerous level above Health Agency recommendations

I really appreciated having the suite with a door that closes. Unfortunately, when we arrived there was a shortage of towels and one of the sheets had some small black stains. The night manager was very helpful and got some additional towels and sheets for us.

We booked a room for a family of four, but upon arrival, we were given exactly one towel. When we asked the front desk for more, we were told there was a hotel-wide towel shortage. Beyond the towel issue, the overall cleanliness of the property is completely unacceptable. The entire hotel has a noticeable, unpleasant odor, and our room was dingy, musty, and had sticky floors and visible stains. On top of that, the TV in our room didn’t work, and the outdoor pool area was neglected and dirty. I understand this is a budget-friendly location, but a budget price should still guarantee a clean environment and enough basic amenities for the number of guests on the reservation. I would not recommend staying here.

They only had one towel in the room for two people. Apparently people keep stealing the towels. The mini fridge had to be moved because the outlet didn’t work for it or the microwave. The side door wasn’t locked at night. Needs to be cleaned. You can see mold around the bathtub. One room that I booked had used sanitary napkins stuck to the closet wall.

There were 5 of us and we only had 2 towels. We asked for more and they said they didn’t have any clean. They gave us washcloths. Not my favorite stay.

Very Comfortable, clean,and the customer service was great ! Noise at night

The room was temperature was perfectly comfortable. It’s old. It needs to be updated. Better maintenances services in addition to training some of the receptionist staff to be more professional. No Clean towels were available.

The bed was comfortable They didn’t have towels, the key wouldn’t unlock the doors. The coffee was watered down and the bacon was undercooked. I tried calling 4 days straight before arriving and no one would answer the phone. I sent a message and no one never responded.

The property could have been nice it’s not being maintained! It was not manicured at all no plants just grown up vegetation especially the back area.The front desk clerk was apparently asleep, it was 2 family waiting ahead of us about 15 minutes! The room was not cleaned the sink and bathroom vanity was sticky, the mattress was soiled with blood stains no mattress cover so stains were visible through the sheets! The carpet was stained as well! We are very disappointed with this stay!!!

Clean quite friendly and comfortable beds

El cuarto olía muy mal, el baño no estába muy limpio, la bañera tenía rotó donde va la llave de la ducha, no tenía almohadas, solo 3 cojines

One pair of sheets no actual blankets room, room absolutely reeked of cigarettes. Shower was also disgusting looked like mold build up in the corners

Booked with hotels. Com and the comfort suites canceled the too before we got there and was no help staff lazy and didn’t care about anything but getting on that damn cell phone
