Good.

The power went off due to a storm, which led to the fire alarm going off 4x during the night. Not their fault, but made a not great experience even worse. It has the potential to be a really nice hotel, just need to make some repairs to several things and do a better job cleaning.

The room was clean and the ac worked perfectly. The power did go off and I'm not sure why and the fire alarms went off twice in the middle of my second night there. I will say if I'm ever in the area again I'd definitely stay here again and I'd recommend it to friends and family.

Clean room

This property is poorly maintained. The pool area was being used by outsiders, very obnoxious. The room was not clean, it smelled like alcohol, and it was very musty. The bed sheets smelled. We were tired so we stayed but did not refresh early in the morning for fear of bathroom uncleaniness. —- A district manager needs to scope the property. It certainly gives La Quinta a bad reputation with this property.

There was dust all in the bathroom, toothpaste on the vanity that was never cleaned off from a previous guest. The carpet looked fine but it also looked new. The paint was peeling everywhere even though some of it also looked newer. The property really needs to maintain better and clean better between guests. I was very disappointed in cleanliness.

Everything was good. Staff was friendly.

We have stayed at this property multiple times. The rooms are clean and we felt safe. It does feel like it’s time for the property to be invested in. Painting is peeling from almost all doors, rust in the shower basin, etc.

The room only had one towel. The hot tub was closed due to heavy algae, the pool was full of people who were blowing snot in the water and two kids told their friends they "peed in the pool."

Rooms here were hit or miss. We were staying with high school students for an event in downtown Alexandria. Some of their rooms were very clean and nice, while others smelled strongly of marijuana. One room had condoms and cigars left in it from the previous occupants. These had not been found or cleaned out before we got into the room. The elevator on one side of the hotel broke down on the day we checked in, and the lobby was sweltering hot on the afternoon we checked in. The employee checking us in said that was normal for it to be that hot. Thankfully, the AC in the rooms worked fine. The hotel also ran out of clean towels on the second day and started handing us multiple bath mats to use instead. Breakfast each day was good with plenty for all students staying there. Overall, we will probably not stay there again. Although it was budget-friendly, I did not feel comfortable having my students in some of those rooms.

Very poor customer service, swimming pool was very dirty. Room 403 was very dirty. manage that was on duty. Her name is Bernadette she refused to help. the worst place to stay . Alexandria Louisiana.

Filthy. So dirty.

They say the beds were queens but they were definitely full size beds. Very uncomfortable and not what we paid for.

No toilet paper had to call for some. Very quick getting it to me. No body wash in Shower to.wash with. Second week in a row I stayed here. Overall clean. and nice for price. Staff is friendly and helpful. First visit last week all good.

The lobby was nice enough. Breakfast was decent. The outside of the building was horrid. I was so worried about the inside. Fortunately, it was a little better. However, the rest of the place needed some attention. Peeling paint. Scuff marks.
