SureStay Hotel by Best Western Alexandria

The TV did not work in my room. They tried very hard to take care of it but was told needed another box for it which would have took days to get. They couldn't move me because they were booked. Going to request credit so I'll inform everyone. They tried their hardest.

The room was horrible the sofa had a hole in it the shower curtain was dirty had black mold on the bottom the toilet dirty the blankets burn holes

Staff was very helpful and the room was clean

No elevator so had to use stairs.

The lady at check in was very nice and helpful. Room was clean. Easy access to rooms

Very good place to stay , Gas station right next open 24 hours places to eat very quiet place

Breakfast was just okay...had an issue with TV...but figured it out myself...point being nobody ever came to check it out...overall clean and quite place to stay.:)

Well it was cheap and all we needed was one night so it was good for that breakfast was good there were dips int eh floor on the second story that seemed to be from flooding around the vending machines and shower curtains had mold and smell of mildew throughout the whole second floor but workers were very kind

The overall stay was good however, there was no sheets on the sofabed , and it looked like it had mold on it as well as the air conditioning would leak water onto the floor. And the t v channels only a few word.

The first surprising fact was that there is no elevator...what modern day motels with more than a ground floor have no elevator?! That put a question in my mind about the place. First appearances when going in were not very positive; not real clean and neat. After making our way upstairs and into the room a horrible mold/mildew smell hit us. All those first impressions seemed rather discouraging...but, after more time, it wasn't as bad as I thought. The floors and paint have been redone fairly recently and still nice. The bathroom fixtures, in our room, anyway, need replacing...very worn out. The bed was comfortable and clean, air conditioner works quite well, the breakfast is very basic "continental", but enough. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. There's the good and the bad, as with anything.

Beds very comfortable. All area was clean. Breakfast was not the best. Helpful staff.

The one major word of caution .... if you have luggage or any issues with stairs .... BEWARE .... there is NO ELEVATOR .... I have bad knees and I did not see that warning when I was booking!

Staffing was exceptional but the room could use thorough cleaning techniques and sanitation and a few updates. I did not get a chance to try breakfast. Overall the stay was average. Maybe add some sound proof walls. (emphasis on soundproof)!
