Courtyard by Marriott Alexandria

Staff was good and rooms were clean WiFi was absolutely terrible I paid almost $200 for a room and I couldn’t even stream anything I wanted to watch. Pillows were thin. Room was kinda of empty, I feel like there could be more. TVs were small and early 2000s, time for an update especially for that nightly rate.

Always a pleasure staying here. N/A

Good location NA

In contrast, this hotel was quite pleasant, and I intend to make a reservation for future stays.

The staff was friendly. Nice location. Alot of the furniture was really low to the ground. The toilet constantly ran. However other than not having a continental breakfast my family enjoyed our stay

my room was not clean at all, thank goodness i travel with my own cleaning supplies. The bathroom was dirty, hair on floor and counter. roaches in the bathroom, dust throughout the room. I understand that everyone has a bad day but the young lady from the cleaning staff was not friendly at all. it cost us nothing to speak or greet someone when spoken to but no reply is just rude. I will not be staying at this facility again. Customer service is appreciated when spending your money. Unfortunately I did not take photos but trust me I have nothing to gain by discrediting this hotel.

Area it was in In mall parking lot

Exceptional

The facility was older and they are building a new location next door. The staff was professional and helpful. When I booked my rooms the description read they had a free breakfast in the morning s and they didn't. All the food and drink options you had to pay out of pocket. A person in my party for a bug in their room.

Very good

Clean place and clean room

Quiet location and very nice staff

Staff seemed overwhelmed but were nice.

Very good

The staff were great and friendly. The room we had was horrible. There needs to be more upgrades and at least more cleaning in the rooms. My bathroom had wallpaper peeling off and rust and mildew in the bathroom. The carpet was wet. The ceiling had a water patch (if that’s the way you say it).
