Outstanding

Best hotel in the area. Clean, well maintained and friendly staff.

The location was excellent. Everything is in walking distance from the hotel. The lady working the breakfast bar refused to bring out more sausages and it was 40 minutes left for breakfast. I asked for 2 sausages and she said no.

The room was clean, breakfast was decent

I checked out one day earlier got for full. I will not be back.

Very clean room and nice amenities! Close to restaurants and of course the Mall.
-
Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly and professional. Kitchenette was perfectly suitable. Complementary breakfast could have been better by having more fresh choices and more of a selection.

Staff was friendly; gave recommendations when I asked for good, safe place to eat since it was just my young daughter and I. Location was good, except for the nearly vacant mall next door. I couldn’t get the (huge) TV to work. It stayed on the Marriott home screen. I called—reception offered to change our room but we were only there one night. Breakfast was not good. They also put us on the very top floor, which was a bit inconvenient.

My first impression is that it was a very nice hotel until we got to the room, upon entering, it seemed to be nice. Are we gathered our things to get into the shower pull back the curtain and there was hair all in the shower hair on the walls the sink in the restroom look like someone had brushed their teeth and just spit, and no one bothered to clean it out and hair all over the floor in the restroom. It was gross but prior to us going in to take a shower, we tried to turn on the television. The TV did not work so I called the front desk. The young lady at the front desk gave me two numbers to contact for me to get in contact with someone to help me troubleshoot to fix the television which was very frustrating as a guest coming from out of town, we were tired and that’s the last thing you want to do is walk into a room and the TV doesn’t work and it’s filthy. I’ve stayed at plenty of Marriott locations. It was very disappointed for this to be my first time staying here at this location. My expectations was higher because it looks from the outside to be a very nice hotel.. we were moved across the hall to a different room. The TV was probably about a 60 inch compared to the 32 inch in the room that they moved us from it did work, but the only complaint in this room is that there were nets in the room? I don’t know why I don’t know where they came from but it was pretty gross alongside the air conditioner kept going off as if something were wrong with it not the regular cycle.

I reserved a disability room upon arrival found that the bed was very lower of the floor, which required the album, my wife and get in and out of. The toilet was also very low, and the bars were not positioned right to help get on and off the toilet. Probably would not stay there again for the price.
-
Room could have been cleaner. I found a few items in a cabinet from the previous guest that were not cleaned out. Breakfast was good.
-
the staff was extremely helpful. when i arrived i was advised they were overbooked but were able to upgrade my room. when i walked into my room the temperature was 52. it took several hours to warm up.
