Nice beautiful and cozy there nothing I didn't like

This hotel is wonderful and even has EV charging stations.

No hot water the morning we left

The staff was excellent and very helpful. This was our 3rd time staying there and will stay there again.

The staff was very friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. Most of the property was nice, clean and well attended. My room was not as clean as I would have liked. There was hair and food particles in the restroom wash basin, the carpet was not totally clean, the shower was not completely clean. The breakfast area only had one waffle maker and it was in use for over 30 minutes before I just gave up, (there was a line by the waffle maker). I went out for food. I was not very comfortable in my partially clean room.

The hotel and the grounds were nicely kept. I used the gym and it had everything I needed. The breakfast choices were simple but hit the spot. Bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The shower could use a little help though. All in all, the hotel, its staff, and the amenities were great for the price.

The room was clean. The problem was with the air conditioner. It was very loud. It made it difficult to sleep soundly. We called the desk. They said there wasn’t anything they could do about it. And we couldn’t get a reimbursement since we used Hotel.com.
