Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Alexandria

I REPORT THE BATHROOM SINK WAS NOT DRAINING WHICH WAS SO DISGUSTING. THEN I COULDN'T SLEEP IN THE BED BECAUSE I PULL MY PILLOW BACK AND FOUND DEAD BEDBUGS ON FITTED SHEET!!!!! AFTER A TERRIBLE NIGHT OF REST I GO TO BREAKFAST AND THERE WERE BARELY ANY FOOD LEFT THERE WERE ABOUT 3 SOFTBALL GIRL TEAM THERE THAT TAKEN THE BREAKFAST AREA UP. THIS WAS MY SON'S WEDDING WEEKEND AND I CHOSE THIS HOTEL BECAUSE OF THE REVIEWS AND CLOSE AREA TO WEDDING VENUE. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND OR ANOTHER FREE NIGHT

Ease of checking in Mildew around soap/shampoo dispensers. No liner in trash cans Housekeeper entered my room shortly after my arrival Coffee for breakfast remained empty for prolonged time and sausage was cold and dry

The room was clean and smelled good. The breakfast was terrible. We got down there at around 630 and the food looked like its been there for hours. There was no juice in the dispensers. The counters were dirty. There was no coffee the creamer canister were real dirty.

Good location, breakfast was convenient

Bad

The elevators and hall were very warm but the room was just right. Staff was very friendly and will stay here again

The hotel was great staff was great from the start Megan was great was there for anything and she did great job

After a very disappointing assignment to a 1st floor room (having requested a high floor weeks ago) I was not happy w/ unfriendly staff member (ONLY one tho) who said she couldn't reassign & hadn't noticed my request. Other than a hint of musty smell, all was extremely clean & VERY well appointed. Big thick towels, comfy bed, lg shampoo, conditioner & body wash in shower where you cld turn on the water & wait for it to get hot without getting wet! Towels by the sparkling pool as well as in the gym, 24/7 lobby coffee w/ ALL fixngs (even sugar free French vanilla Torani). Breakfast had microwave if eggs or sausage weren't warm enough. Tons of toppings for oatmeal and waffle maker. Wld easily stay again.

That entire area is crazy to navigate.

Passable

Excellent stay! Comfy bed, clean room, friendly staff. Couldn’t have asked for better stay.

Superb

Everything was fine.

Location, breakfast, and staff all 10s . Top notch Room needed a deep cleaning and it smelt terrible

Breakfast was not good at all. The oatmeal was thick and needed to be cooked some more. There were no fruits out even though there were baskets for them. There was fixings for yogurt but no yogurt. The eggs were cold

All I didn’t like that I had to pay for safe I never use and parking
