This place was amazing room and beding so clean . Breakfast was really good. Pay for buffet
-
No towels in the swimming pool area at 5 pm. No sweetener or creamer in the room
-
To charge extra for breakfast is ridiculous when the breakfast is the same as most hotels and the food dosnt get eaten because of the price

No elevator. Floor was dirty. My niece”s feet were black on the bottoms after walking on the floor for maybe an hour and a half. Wouldn’t repeat visit.

Checkin had no one around that we were checking the map on the counter to see if we were in right area. Took 8 min for staff to come to front. Hallways and stairwell was dingy. Room was okay. No one likes a toilet seat that shifts. Shower was slippery and I almost fell as there was no mat. Hot tub was not hot. No towels in pool area. Restaurant attached has good food, but not fast. Its in a great location.

We have stayed here many times, this hotel is showing its age, I was told it was sold out when asked to upgrade to pool side instead of being shoved in the way back corner, it was not fully booked, actually hardly anyone was there, so that was upsetting, having to walk so far, when there were a lot of pool sides open.

For having 4.5 stars the hotel felt old and dirty but the safe was very nice!! When you are traveling for work you want a nice clean place to lay your head at night without a strange smell in your room. Really beyond disappointed and almost thought about checking out and going somewhere else.

The hallway carpets and the room in general need updating. The feeling has become "shabby" over the last couple years.

Below average place to stay. Do yourself a favour and find someplace else!

I liked the location close to 94 and businesses. Building had musty stale cigarette smell. Carpet and other decor seemed very dated.

Checked in here after leaving quality inn & suites. This place was very Good in my opinion. Easy to get into your room, had a restaurant / bar in building. Everyone was very polite and spoke English. Also all the amenities they claimed they had, they did. Pool etc. two thumbs up

The room and common areas were very clean. It’s an older hotel but it is kept up well. I love having the restaurant attached.
