Literal dump Of old toilets, air conditioners, and furniture

Breakfast was alright, although the Orange Juice was watered down The pool and spa could have been operational

Room was dirty. Questionable dark brown stuff on curtains. Air conditioner makes terrible noise. Shower fixtures are supposed to be silver...some are black. Room smelled terrible. Worst hotel stay EVER. Breakfast was minimal. Cold sausage and water eggs. Pool has been closed for approximately 2 years according to desk staff. Manager was supposed to call me. I have yet to hear from them. I could go on. Find somewhere else to stay. Expedia was no help, either.

Not worth the money. Needs to be cleaned. Obviously had not been vacuumed in a long time. Breakfast was terrible. Everything was empty. No juice, no muffins or bagels, no cups. Coffee was terrible. Just one cereal, 2% milk. Will never go back.

Pool and jacuzzi were closed and apparently you will be closed for the next two weeks. Fridge in the room was not cold and our food was warm in the morning. There was left over food in the fridge from the prior occupant. The paint in the tub was pealing off. There was a white coating over the drain. The road to the hotel, was broken up and full of pot holes. You had to be careful. The hanging baskets outside were tattered and nearly falling down. The grass was not trimmed on the edges. It literally reminded me of a haunted house. There was visible dirt on the carpeted steps to the room. I could feel the dirt on the bottom of my bare feet in the room on the hard non carpeted floor. Check in staff did great after explaining that check in took extra long because “it’s really hard to figure out the Expedia reservations.” I am not making any of this up!!

Our room had a horible cigarette smell. Things were not cleaned. The fridge didnt work.

I did not like anything about the property. The room was dirty. The website advertised a pool, but the pool and sauna were closed. There’s a binder located in the room that stated roll away beds are available upon request, but when asked to get a roll away, was told they didn’t have them. The television in the room was nearly unwatchable. For a double queen bed room, there were only two shower towels. I will never go back to this place or recommend to anyone in the future.

The room itself was fine. The bathroom needed some updates but was ok. The pool was closed for the unforeseeable future with no mention of that at time of booking, that was really disappointing for my children especially. The entire hotel was in need of a good cleaning.

Our room was in much need of repair. Holes in the wall in bathroom, terrible repairs of bathroom plaster and discolored chaulking, towels were very worn out,no fan in bathroom,bed was lumpy and squeaky, tv was very blurry, every channel. And VERY overpriced! I can’t believe we had to pay $200.00 for this room!

Pool is closed until further notice according to a sign on the front desk. Breakfast was 6am-9am we got down there at 6:20 and the eggs and sausage were nearly gone. Our room was quiet and the beds were fine. Maybe 10 channels on the tv. The bathroom was dirty I used Clorox wipes to clean off the counter top and the side of the tub has dirty water drips down it. The floors are newer but cracked in several places. The room was cold. We tried to turn the heat on but it smelled so we dealt with the cold. For a quick stay it’s sort of reasonable.

If you need a place to sleep then it’s ok but was much worse then when we stayed two years ago. Not very clean or well kept.

Nothing Everything from staff to the room to the breakfast. Breakfast was so bad. We went to Perkins’s. Room security was bad. Cleanliness was bad. Pool was closed. Bed made a lot of noise. Asked for extra towels was given dirty looks by rude employee.

We walked into our room and it was like walking into an oven. We turned the heat off and turned on the air conditioning but it took over 4 hours to cool down our room so we could sleep.

I liked the location. The pictures on the walls were very pretty. Only had 1 bath towel. No hot water in shower. Pool was closed. Staff wasn't personality match their position.
