Best Western Alexandria Inn

Every thing was good at our stay at Best Western Inn.

Close to where we needed to go. We booked it for the pool specifically and it was out of order. When I expressed that I was not happy about it she was quite rude. And the breakfast was horrible. For what we paid for the room I was very disappointed in your hotel and the customer service.

Nothing fancy however, room was clean and staff were friendly. Decent breakfast included. Good value for a nights rest during long travel.

The Breakfast was awesome!

The breakfast was the only thing good about this place. Rooms were musty, damp, and smelt like smoke.

The check-in process was fast and easy. I also appreciate the hot breakfast staff made available to us. The room was functional and as advertised. The property is close to the interstate highway, restaurants, and gas stations, but sufficiently far that the noise and lights did not affect my sleep. The pool is currently closed for repairs, which I didn’t mind as I wasn’t going to use it regardless.

This location had garbage at the back door. The back entry didn't lock, so there was no reason to use a key to get in. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond, so kind. The room was clean, but not updated, and very musty. The hall ceiling tiles were possibly spray painted. The breakfast was nice. We were itching from the humidity and musty air in our room.

This property was adequate for our very limited needs as we were just passing through. The room was pretty clean. The breakfast had a pretty good selection especially as we were seeking options to meet toddler needs and adult protein needs.

Amazing. We had a great time and I love how close this is to downtown and the bars close by.

Breakfast good.. Early yard mowing right next to lower ground floor window. Alot of people racing and burning rubber across the street. Til late. The beds though comfy enough needed to be fixed All torn on the bottoms.could maybe use more than one shampoo,?The front desk lady though was extremely nice had no idea how to make change She came from another country . Didn't know anything about the pool etc I respect she works but as a front desk person not understanding money is not good God bless her. Maybe a bit of teaching her? The pool room was down. Had family there for trap shoot most disappointed grandkids was told to talk day manager about possible money off bill but was no where to be found and had to leave early am for trap shoot.

Shower curtain was barely hanging on the wall and the shower was not completly clean. I can't comment on the breakfast as I did not partake in it. I definitely feel the cost for this stay did not warrant what I actually got. Will never stay here again.

This property is overall fairly comfortable and well maintained but definitely dated. Rooms are quite small although our king room was fine for two people. Pool and hot tub not working for reasons unknown.. Breakfast was actually quite substantial for an establishment like this. Honestly, shocked by the high price of this room in this area. Mediocre value for something seriously in need of updating. Staff was friendly, check-in was fast and seamless.

I was able to find a lower price on line vs calling and talking to staff. Breakfast was not gluten free friendly.

We were told when we arrived that the pool and hot tub were out of order. Judging from the scum layer sitting on top of the pool I think it’s safe to say it has been “out of order” for a long time. All in all I do not plan on staying here again.

It was a quick stay to avoid an early morning travel rush, I couldn’t have used all the amenities due to personal restraints and time. A few minor problems like an outlet that didn’t work. Disappointed with the rate considering the pool and hot tub were unavailable during the stay, even though I am aware I wouldn’t have been able to use them. It is part of the value and should be considered as a loss in value of the stay. Overall, the stay was what I needed, and it was a success in providing that service.
