Non-refundable rooms, even for a medical emergency. Unable to stay because of the emergency. A change in that would be nice, I know now to double check hotel policy, first time I couldn't cancel a room and get a refund.

Our room, even being right over a full parking lot on a busy weekend, was surprisingly quiet. It might seem like a minor thing, but the fridge in our room was large and even had a small freezer - useful for re-freezing cooler ice packs. Our room seemed expensive but it seems that's the going rate around a popular summer lake area.

The staff were friendly and our room was clean. It wasn’t ready when we checked in so we did have to wait a few minutes. Great location, and price.

We would book here again. The rooms have been updated and were clean. For as full as it appeared to be it was very quiet both nights we stayed. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. They had just put in a new key card system and that was the only frustrating thing as it was very sensitive, we did have to get the original ones replaced but it was no big deal. We stayed on the first floor as there is no elevator and first floor rooms would be concrete floors/ walls(of course the floor had updated LVP flooring)so the floor was cold and the room had a slight damp feeling and smell- not enough to prevent us from booking again though. Very good value and again wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Front desk staff was really accommodating and quick. Give us MOD to check-in in two sets of keys and even offered a late checkout if necessary. Would I mind staying here again

The breakfast was super impressive for its size. Bed was comfy. Staff were super friendly. Easy to get on and off the interstate. The air conditioner made a noise like a bearing was going out, but we didn’t bother complaining about it because it was minor.

Breakfast was actually very good! Eggs, kielbasa, waffle maker, cereal, fruit, yoghurt- something for everyone! Desk clerk and food hostess ( she had both roles) did a wonderful job! Great stay
