This hotel was a nice stay. The included breakfast was a plus. The staff was excellent. I would stay here again.

Good location, close to the Van Dorn Street Metro station. Sufficient parking. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very good about restocking the items. My room (#107) was the closest room to the reception desk and elevators, making it a little bit noisy when people waiting for the elevator or interacting with the front desk talked loudly. Fortunately I always bring a good pair of earplugs with me.

The room is much smaller than pictured. The beds were terribly hard/uncomfortable. Room outdated. Bathroom door barely hanging in. Went to turn the bath water on and the handle fell off in hand. Water pressure was minimal. Everything was clean. Breakfast was good. Good selection and fast service. Front desk staff were very nice.

Our shower was stained and had no conditioner in the bottle attached to the shower wall, the sheets were stained and yellow, and the bed/pillows were uncomfortable. There were large cracks across the bedroom ceiling, cracked and broken elevator flooring, and visible cracks on the exterior of the building. Our room was also never serviced by housekeeping during our stay. The pool was closed and fenced off, and the lobby was under construction, which took away from the overall experience. While the location and free parking are definite positives, the hotel needs significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and guest service.

The staff was super nice, welcoming, and always helpful whenever I needed assistance. They were friendly, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. I really appreciated how accommodating and professional everyone was. The hotel smelled strongly of weed. The closet door knobs were broken, and the showerhead was also damaged. The bed sheets were ripped and had visible stains. Overall, these issues affected the cleanliness and comfort of the room and should be addressed.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They were by far the best part of the hotel. The hotel is tired looking, BUT it is starting renovations. The employee who ran the continental breakfast did a great job keeping the area clean and the food trays filled. You could tell he took pride in his work. Once the renovations are done it will be a great value for the price.

Great staff, parking included, Metro right down the road.
