Comfort Inn & Suites Alexandria West

Hotel is under renovation. Bed was a brick. About what I expected. Basic place to crash.No frills.

The room was clean and the staff was very nice!! The breakfast was good too!

Front desk clerk was awesome! Room was spacious and comfortable.

Overall ok but shower pressure was not good and thought the breakfast could’ve been better.

However, not all bad. The room was terrific, spacious suite. Great for me & wife and with a separate area for teenage daughter. Breakfast was good. Ample parking if you’re driving. Friendly staff.

I liked that the room came with a full bathroom and a half bathroom and a separate bedroom. The staff member that I met at check-in was very friendly. I believe her name was Emily. The information about breakfast was very clear and they had a staff member working throughout the breakfast to make sure that things were refilled and remain clean. I didn’t like that the door to the separate bedroom couldn’t lock. The bathroom that was pictured was not the bathroom that we received. I also found the bed uncomfortable and suffered from back pain when I woke up.

The bed was very comfortable and the check in receptionist was very nice. I thought I paid extra for non smoking and no pet room but found out it was a pet friendly room. My husband has a dog/cat hair allergy and someone’s dog was barking for at least an hour. Description on book made it sound to me as it was non smoking/non pet friendly. Also it was raining hard the day we checked out and water was coming through the floor boards.

Idk how this hotel has an 8.0. The whole hotel smelled like cigarettes, our bathroom smelled like someone peed on the flood. The mattress was like sleeping on a rock. Would never stay here again.

Site said there was a shuttle to Metro and was told there hasn't been one for 2 years. Disappointed! Breakfast room was way too cold. Quite room so good sleeping. All staff very helpful.

Nothing at all They seem like scammers they took my money and act like they didn’t when I demanded my refund and mildew in the rooms as well

We had a horrible stay and had to check out early. The hotel is under construction with excessive dust everywhere, which was dangerous for my daughter who has asthma.To make matters worse, the front desk agent completely ignored us because she was on her phone. She just handed us the key without telling us where to go. On top of that, neighbors were constantly slamming doors.We felt so uncomfortable and unsafe that we checked out early and moved to a different hotel. We did it 24 hours before, and the front office person say no refund. Thank you,
