I was on the 9th floor. Every time I got on the elevator, it didn’t go down to the 1st floor! I was stuck in the elevator every time I attempted to exit the hotel. I told the Front Desk and nothing was done. I was late to my meetings and personal events.

My room was well equipped and comfortable, however the AC did break in the middle of the night which made my stay ultimately pretty uncomfortable. The property is in good shape with the exception of the rear 'pet' yard which is obviously not taken care of by pet owners or the property managers- pet waste everywhere! If not for the AC breaking I would rate it higher.

Terrible reception. The lady at the reception was rude, disrespectful and yelling almost at everyone. Check in was a line and we have to wait for 20-30 mins!! The floors were very filthy and I don’t think they ever vacuumed the carpets and ppl working there really didn’t care if the guest wanted something. It felt like we were some sort of uninvited guests and they are doing us a favor by allowing us to stay at their place.
