Great hotel. Room was spacious, clean, and the front desk ed me to a high floor upon request. Property restaurant was good as well.

Kudos to the staff and the cafe food. High quality!! Will do it again!

My drawers did not close. All center drawers had the same issue

Parking was a problem, Ice machines not available, ripped towels.

My room was on the 23rd floor with an amazing view. The coffee was amazing and the pool

This was by far one of the best hotels I've visited in a long time. The staff was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. I will definitely be visiting again and again and again!!!

I enjoyed my entire stay. The only inconvenience was the water being turned off from 11pm-4am.

Hotel is very nice considering how affordable it is. Great location as well. Only thing I didnt like was the 35 per day parking fee I didnt see that listed anywhere so I was a bit surprised. Everything else was great staff 5☆ cleanliness 5☆

Turned water off Saturday night and wasn’t told until check in. They could have sent a email. Unfair

If you stay here, don't count on manager Mario to address issues encountered during your stay with seriousness or empathy. My hotel room was not cleaned, but housekeeping entered to leave 2 towels, but left the used towels on the floor and then proceeded to leave the room and NOT close the door fully, opening guest to a potential security issue! This was verified with a room audit. The hotel overall is nice, but this experience and the follow up was not ideal!

Staff would not fix my key so i could go in and out of garage without getting help. Carpet needed to be vacuumed.
