The breakfast and the wait staff was amazing Hard to find bathrooms. Many ice machines broken.

Well located for Mark Center visit, but hotel needs work. Handle on door was loose/broken so key only sometimes worked. Toilet ran all night. Specks of dirt in the bathroom, dated furniture. Ready for renovation!

My room was clean, but it seemed like it wasn’t completed. The bed, towels and bathroom seemed done, but there was no soaps left in the bathroom. The main area was clean, but the fridge had left overs in it from a prior guest. So while the room was clean for use, it seemed like they had not checked the details.

Location bar Room was not good quality dresser drawer did stay closed and i hit my leg during the nite. Last nite i got locked out of my room took them 15 minutes to figure out why

Staff are amazing, main issue was with elevators ( we were waiting minimum 25 minutes sometimes even more) from 4 elevators 2 was operating only and hotel was fully booked.

Bit pricey- took a while to get hot water in the shower. Elevators were slow.
