The room we stayed in was old and dirty. Dust every where , the bathroom cabinets were so icky with caked on dust. The balcony was terrible:there are two gray chairs out there that are full of dirt and an old cracked side table . For a Hilton I would have expected a little better. Staff otherwise doesn’t bother you.

Great location off of 95 to get to Pentagon and DC. Will need a car from this location. Great gym. Front desk staff inconsistent -- some great, some terrible customer service. Fantastic market place Cafe for coffee, drinks and light meals.

The pool area was were dirty. After a heavy rain someone should go and clean up the cushion to remove the mud! The lifeguard never looked up from his book, and then he left. I have stayed here before and the pool area was much better maintained.

Since we needed sleeping accommodations for three people, we had no choice but to accept the rollaway bed and pay the extra fee. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing because the sheets and pillow on the rollaway bed had an unpleasant odor and did not appear to be clean. The room we received did not match the description provided on the hotel's website, and we should not have been charged extra for a bed that was needed because of the inaccurate room description. We hope the hotel will update its website to accurately reflect the room amenities and improve the cleanliness of its bedding.

No microwave in the room and parking was too expensive

I booked a King bed room and when I did the check in they only have double twin beds rooms and it wasn’t what I booked.

Two lovely women at reception were so kind and helpful. I wish I’d taken their names. The young man working in the Marketplace Cafe was also exceptional. Thank you for making my second day much better than my first.

I will leave a second. Review for the next night - my flight was cancelled again and I had no place to go so felt I had to rebook.

The only thing I didnt like was that I tried to pay ans the machine didnt work. I called my bank because she wouldnt give me another option was on the phone with my bank to find out the machine was not working and she said "oh sorry"

Great stay. 10 minutes from downtown DC.

when I got there to check in the lady at the front desk told me that my total was $409 when I get to my room I have a alert from my bank stated that $817.00 was taken out of my account so I had to walk back down the whole elevator to go to the front desk and let the lady know that she charged me twice. She told me that the night it will be refunded. It never was refunded then she said hold on for a minute, let me see if I can cancel one of the reserve so she did it.

The pool has limited hours. The restaurant has limited hours.

Rooms were below a low grade motel level. Pool area was smelling bad. Pool was not well maintained. Only the lobby looked like Hilton. No microwave in rooms.

Very beautiful room. Helpful and friendly staff. Really enjoyed the stay.

Unfortunately, the issue was never fully resolved. From my room, I couldn’t connect my laptop, phone, or iPad to the hotel’s Wi-Fi because the login page would not appear. After I went to the lobby, the manager was able to help me get connected temporarily, but the connection dropped again after a short time. The same issue continued for the rest of my stay. Because of this, I had to rely on my mobile hotspot for almost my entire three-day stay whenever I was in my room. I booked this hotel because I was attending school about a mile away. Although there were less expensive hotels a little farther away, I chose Hilton because of its reputation and because I expected dependable service. I truly appreciate the professionalism and willingness of the staff to help, especially the front desk manager. However, the unresolved Wi-Fi issue significantly affected my stay and made it a disappointing experience. I hope this issue is addressed so future guests do not encounter the same problem.
