Facility was located ideally and met our needs. Room wasn't cleaned daily.

The property, rooms and public areas are very clean. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and provide outstanding customer service! Awesome property.

The location was perfect for this trip Our room phones, TV, nd night light do not work. Notified the front desk and asked for a manager. The manager was offsite and then upon checkout offered to comp the first night i consideration for the problems.

Excellent stay. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained, and I was very satisfied with my overall experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

The room was quiet and very nice. Easy access to area attractions and the hotel parking was close, very convenient. My guest suffers from breathing issues and the air freshener in the lobby was a bit strong. She had to cover her nose when going through the lobby. The same issue happened when going past the Harris Teeter loading dock on the way to the parking garage, it had a strong garbage smell. Other than these small issues we enjoyed our stay very much.

Second time staying here. Convenient location, very comfortable mattress and good water pressure. Those are always my top 3 priorities and this hotel hits them all.

Overall this is a great hotel. My only complaint this time around was how hard and uncomfortable the bed was.

We were in the hotel less than 12 hours - just an overnight stop before a flight out of DCA. We did not utilize any of the amenities but the hotel staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The one thing I did definitely notice was the "air freshener" or whatever they used in the lobby was way too strong, overwhelmingly so. That is the only negative that I can think of - thankfully it was not that case in the room.

It was an amazing experience. However, the reception staff should clearly state whether the room reservation includes breakfast. At reception, while checking in, the staff said breakfast was available to the left from 7:00 to 11:00. I assumed it was included with the reservation, only to realise the next day that we had to pay $20, which is fine. But the staff should have made that clear beforehand.

It would be nice to have an exhaust fan in the bathroom. In the morning, most of the papers in the room were damp.
