My home away from home when in DC. Great location. Fantastic staff. Comfortable
-
Amazing! Perfect location and parking was great!
-
Property was in a great location. Room was much larger than I expected, which was a plus. Would stay there again.
-
Pearl at the front desk was absolutely the best. Her professionalism and courtesy was top notch. Thank you for making our stay memorable.
-
Cleanliness of room and hotel property as a whole.

The staff was so helpful in orchestrating all my surprises much appreciated. Property clean parking was a hassle and there was mold in the shower but overall a pleasant stay

The location was great and walking distance to the things we came for. Parking was not on sight but fairly close. We had a great breakfast.

Clean room

Clean, comfortable and convenient - what more could you want? The staff was amazing and I would stay here again and again.

The person working the check in desk was warm and welcoming. Gym was clean. The room was clean and spacious. Excellent!
-
The staff were all very professional and highly helpful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and everything was clean. The location is excellent too. A walkable street with grocery across the street and multiple restaurants to choose from. Will be back!
-
No pool was a bit of a disappointment because it was 99 degrees out!

The room was clean! The staff were pretty great. They were very helpful. I felt like the parking charge was reasonable. Safe area with lots of food around. There's also a theater right next door! It was easy to get to. Also, dog friendly! I wish they had a bigger area for pets to go to the bathroom. The area that's near the hotel is a small alleyway and there's rodent trap boxes nearby with a rat skeleton nearby. That was disturbing considering rats carry diseases, but that was my only issue. Everything else was great!

The hotel was Great! I didnt like the parking situation, but that's what happens in the city!! It was a Great Stay!

We left before the breakfast time. starts So we didn't eat breakfast, therefor no comment.

The only negative experience I had was with a gentleman working the overnight shift on June 27. When I called for help getting the Wi-Fi in my room to work, he was rude and had a poor attitude, which was disappointing. Other than that one interaction, I really enjoy staying at this hotel. The location is great, and I look forward to returning.

Hotel was fine. Clean. Good location. Decent gym with good treadmills. Issue was the front desk staff. When checking in, I asked about parking. Was told I needed to pay $27 and self park on the fourth floor of the garage. I pulled up a website reflecting the parking is free in Shirlington garages after 5 PM and on weekends. (We were staying overnight on a Friday night.). I also pointed out that the second floor of the garage has signs prohibiting overnight parking, but the third floor has no such signs. The person at the front desk told me that my car would be towed if I parked overnight without paying and having a hotel parking permit. He was very unfriendly. I paid the $27. However, he was sweetness and light, compared to the woman at the front desk when checking out the following morning. She was talking to a fellow employee at the time and ignored me. I was simply turning in my keys and planning to ask for a receipt. She seemed very annoyed to have to interact with me.

Welcoming staff

I’m always very clean staff. It’s amazing.

The worst part about this experience was the parking. A shared one floor on a parking structure. We had to one night park in a spot where we could've been towed due to not enough spots on that one floor. We would've been liable for the hotels inability to make enough parking spots accessible for their guests. Paid parking at that. The breakfast as well was questionable. Buffet style is better in my opinion. More options in that breakfast strategy. The vouchers are not worth it. As they only cover one entree and not a group meal. It's not their fault but my opinion on the strategy.
