Homewood Suites by Hilton Alexandria / Pentagon South

I loved that from the moment I walked in I felt welcomed by the smiling staff. The cleanliness of the lobby was reassuring. It smelled clean, once we got to the room and opened the door I knew we would have a great stay. The room was as advertised. I truly enjoyed the stay. No indoor poor we could access, the one elevator was out of service so it took longer for the other elevator but we managed. No ice machine on the floors but they did provide us with bags of ice which was nice.

I had an amazing stay. My room was upgraded for free, which was a nice perk. The staff was super friendly and helpful. No complaints. Had a great time!

The exterior of the facility didn't give a a comfortable feeling, however the interior was nice. There were a few items that couldve been better...the flooor in the lobby was sticky on the day of arrival and day of departure, the elevator didn't work properly on the first day, but It was fixed on the of departure, the room across from mine always had trash laying sporatically on the floor in front of the door, and finally having to pay for parking at a hotel that doesn't have secured parking but has plenty of parking availble seems a bit much.

It’s look and location was nice to me The pool was a little small but other than that it was cool

The suit was large and clean. The staff were attentive and polite. Breakfast was alright. The meat was pork, so if you don’t eat pork, you left with scrambled eggs and potatoes. However, there is a kitchen in the suite that can be used to fix your favorite. I already booked my family another stay. The kids loved the hotel. The pool was closed due to staffing issues. But there is a lot to do in the area. It is close proximity to the national mall makes it ideal. Night parking is a 15 dollar. All in all it is a good hotel for large families.

Amazing setup. I thought it was a neat touch that the tvs welcomed me. Quite a decent breakfast as well

This was a very comfortable and renovated hotel. Our two bedroom suite was perfect for our extended family. Breakfast was convenient. Will definitely return when we visit family again.

Location was great for the DC area! We had a mouse in our room on the 5th floor. After looking around we discovered traps under the sink! Enough said!!! This place should be closed!
