The staff responded very promptly and efficiently to all issues and resolved them quickly.

The room A/C could keep a polar bear happy. Could use some towel hangers in the bathroom. Fridge was large and crazy cold, but there was no freezer. The "breakfast" was kinda lacking. Everyone on the Staff was VERY friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a decent hotel in not the greatest neighborhood. Tons of places to eat within walking distance. Close to the Metro system. Saved us from having to stay in DC.

The room was infested with cockroaches. The lobby was locked at 5:30am when I checked out- no place to drop off the keys.

The room really smelled of smoke. Like... awful. It is outdated, a bit dilapidated, and needs new linens and towels. I'd say it's better to spend a bit more and stay somewhere else.

It is a budget hotel with everything you need to stay, friendly staffs

One night stay before our flight. Good location to Raegen Airpirt.Room was sufficient for this short stay. Gentleman at the front desk was very kind and was expecting us. Elevator was out of order, so we had to carry our bags to the 2nd floor- not a huge deal. Room was clean, but you could tell some patch jobs were done on a few things. Bed was very comfortable. Water had a funny smell. Overall, fine for the price.

Very bad experience dirty place and very i checked in at 11.55 pm and the guy was on reception was very disrespectful and unprofessional

Location My TV did not work properly, AC was VERY loud. "Free" breakfast consisted of toast and oatmeal

Very unsafe, the room smells like weed, I would only stay if the other for one night the lastest and if i had nowhere else to go, we ended spending money on another rbnb because we couldn’t handle the horrible conditions.

Rooms are filthy and not maintained well. The AC did not work well.

It was a good size room. Comfortable and quiet. It’s outdated and the rooms need major overhaul. Paint does not always cover old.
