The room was clean but the hallway was not and worried us.

Air conditioning wasn’t great

Check-in was fairly easy. We booked online the night before our stay. The front desk associate initially couldn't find our reservation and seemed a little frustrated, which came across as slightly rude. Fortunately, once she located the reservation, her attitude changed, and the rest of the check-in process went smoothly. The property itself could use some attention. The lobby, walkways, windows, and other common areas would benefit from a good pressure washing and general deep cleaning. While nothing was in terrible condition, it definitely looked like it had been a while since those areas received a thorough cleaning. Our room was spacious, which was a nice surprise. The towels were clean, the shower was clean, and the bed appeared to have fresh sheets, although the sheets weren't completely stain-free. The biggest cleanliness concern inside the room was the floor, which felt sticky in several places and had some unusual water spots. The biggest disappointment, however, was the bug issue. Good location but room and property needs major maintenance staff was good so nothing on them just needs improvement

The gym was atrocious-3 out of 4 pieces of equipment were inoperable and no free weights. It was dirty and did not open until 8am which is ridiculous. The doors to the rooms wouldn’t close without slamming them extremely hard. The lamps in the rooms wouldn’t close didn’t all work.

Unfortunately, my final interaction with a member of the breakfast staff left me disappointed. My flight was scheduled for 5:30 a.m., so I went to the breakfast area at approximately 5:00 a.m. simply hoping to have a glass of juice before leaving. Although I had paid for breakfast as part of my stay, the staff member refused, stating that breakfast service—including juice—could only begin at 6:00 a.m. This was particularly frustrating because I had already missed breakfast on my first day and was only able to enjoy breakfast on the second day, despite having paid for breakfast for all three days of my stay. I was not requesting a full meal—only a glass of juice before leaving for the airport. While I understand the importance of adhering to service hours, I believe a small gesture of flexibility in this situation would have demonstrated excellent customer service. Regrettably, this interaction overshadowed what had otherwise been a very enjoyable stay. I hope the hotel will review its approach to accommodating guests with early departures so that future guests do not have a similar experience.

Needs a better breakfast

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. It was much better than I expected. Comfy beds, pretty clean and the service was fantastic. Terri and Bobbie were great.

Not a bad place to stay on short notice and close to the airport. Clean and well maintained for the convenience and price!

Room access was on the outside. Unless you’re in a first floor room, you have to climb up fire-escape-style stairs. This wasn’t a problem for myself and my two teenage children, but I saw an elderly woman struggling and needing assistance on the stairs. The room was clean and quiet. It was a traditional hotel room. Continental breakfast the next morning was just ok. Fruit cups, 2 cereal options, oatmeal, bread for toast, coffee/hot chocolate. It was fine for the price.

The service was great. The room was clean, aged but great. Ac was super cold. Nothing was an issue.

Breakfast buffet was lacking but over all excellent place to stay.
