The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The sheets smelled somewhat sour.

Staff were very professional and courteous. Location was close to my event but not to restaurants, shopping or amusements Room not clean, debris in elevator, NO HOT WATER OR WORKING PHONE, holes inn the wall, ,fridge not working properly froze everything Happy hour limited to wine or beer paid for in cash or charged to room as opposed to advertised cocktails

Awesome staff

My own reservation/confirmation included two rooms. We arrived around midnight, and when we checked in, the front desk employee acted as though our request to have the two rooms near each other was a major inconvenience. After a long day of travel, it was not a welcoming way to begin our stay. Once we finally got to the rooms, the smoke detector in one of them was chirping because of a low battery. When I called the front desk, I was told there was no one on duty who was qualified to change the battery. I was then told I would need to come back downstairs because she was busy checking in guests and could not deal with it at that time. A chirping smoke detector isn’t simply an inconvenience in a hotel room. It made it very difficult to settle in and sleep, and I found it surprising that a hotel would have no one available overnight who could address something this basic. Beyond the service issues, the hotel itself is very run down and in need of significant attention. Our bathroom had visible mold, which was especially concerning and certainly not something you expect to find in a hotel room.

I love the old-school look; I felt like I traveled to another time.

I ordered a king size , but I was given two queen bed and charged for a king size bed. The bed was uncomfortable.

Breakfast starts at 6:30am which is when the first airport shuttle leaves so for early birds no breakfast. Otherwise it is a fine night stay.

The hotel was good. The breakfast.

Great views

23 $ for hotel guests breakfast? No vending. No shop for small essentials. A very large unimpressive lobby. But okay it is what it is. Business meeting hotel.

I spoke with others staying in the facility and they all complained about the same problem. If some did have hot water it was only for a short time.

Everything was good and I loved my stay
