Pool was closed, gift shop was never open that I saw. Rooms were well serviced, but overall pictures were misleading.
-
Clean room, top tier beds the staff was able to help me when questions asked, shuttle doesn’t run until 6am and that was one of my must amenities but we adjusted. Hotel pool was also under renovation so slight sadness about that too

Check-in was unpleasant. We witnessed a staff member treating another guest rudely, and when it was our turn, she gave us the same poor attitude. Our shuttle complaint was questioned rather than acknowledged. Breakfast was included in our reservation, yet we were asked to prove it. We received only one day for 2 of our 5 family members. At $25/person, the quality was disappointing, including powdered eggs. The water was unexpectedly shut off one morning without guest notification. My daughter was using the facilities, and even housekeeping was unaware. The front desk offered no apology, only justification. Points or breakfast were offered instead of meaningful compensation; our request for a one-day credit was declined due to the third-party booking. The location is inconvenient, with no nearby restaurants or coffee shops within walking distance. Overall, poor communication, attitude, and lack of guest care made this a very disappointing stay. We would not return or will ever choose the Marriot brand.

Location was good but faucet drips and bathroom is too small
-
There was no one at the desk when I checked out and I could not find a drop box so I just left my key card on the counter.

I ask for them to fix my light on top of my sink for 4 days nobody went and fix it. Housekeeping was excellent not problem. One of the lady’s at the front desk went we arrived was rude with the hostess not me and I ask for a room with two bed they give me one king.
-
I'm not sure if just because I didn't book directly through them but the room had maintenance issues. The faucet was not secured properly to the sink. When I turned on the hot water a bunch of black stuff came out. Guessing they flushed the lines but didn't run the sink. There was a missing light cover on the light above the door. The shampoo mount in the shower was broken. The room was generally clean except some hair stuck to the wall in the shower. The elevator call button on my floor didn't seem to be tightly secured to the wall. I had higher expectations of a Sheraton hotel.

Property was probably grand 10 years ago. Had air out my room the first night. Air felt stale. Not sure if the bathroom had a fan. Bed was good and the bar downstairs was friendly. Location seemed great but was a bit isolated once you got there. The only thing easily walkable was one of the gates to the Marine camp.

We were not able to hook up to the internet
-
A lot of renovation going on. Noisy.
-
We were there for only one night. Bed was very comfortable air conditioner worked great. Would have been nice if there were towel bars near the sink. Other than that all went well and hotel shuttle was extremely reliable and staff was very friendly.
-
Property was clean and staff very helpful. I would definitely recommend.
-
All good , just they should read messages which were being sent to them beforehand via Expedia as we requested accessible room beforehand but they never read the messege
-
resto hours were not posted correctly

Affordable price. Comfortable and family-friendly. The staff is thoughtful. Breakfast is good. I would go back.
-
The hotel seem nice from the lobby but once you get on the elveator and go to your floor. It looks like a ghost town the hotel is old and outdated and needs upgrades the carpets were dirty. When you go from the hall by the elevator to the turn and walk down the hallway the carpet was tapped down on the floor. The rooms were big and a nice size but the bathroom was old and out dated. The sink was small and sat low to the floor. I ate at the restaurant the first night there and got sick. I was not feeling good for the 2 nights I stayed there. The parking is scary it was under the building and the garage was super dark it needs more lighting. I felt really uncomfortable parking there.

Excellent DC hotel
-
For it to be a Sheraton Hotel it really did not live up to the name, poorly painted roof also peeling in the shower, room design is awful, I could swear I seen mold but convinced myself I was imagining things. Staff was great very helpful and very friendly.
-
The staff was great. And would stay again if needed.

What was most frustrating was the lack of communication and concern from the staff. No one followed up with us, apologized, or made any effort to address the inconvenience we experienced. A situation like this should have been handled with urgency and professionalism, but unfortunately, it was not. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.
