The hotel moved me to a different, higher up, clean room and offered to refund the first night of my stay. It has been 11 days, and there is no evidence of a refund.
-
Good place to stay if you are stranded at Washington National Reagan Airport - shuttle bus saves on transportation costs.

Very nice people

Our room was excellent. Looked out onto the pentagon and Arlington cemetery.Could see the river and some of monuments from our room on 11 th floor. We watched the fireworks from our room. Very easy to get an uber anywhere. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to see D.C.

The shuttle service were convenient, but not advertised or all the locations you could be dropped off at.

Will return again.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. One thing about the hotel: there are two separate buildings, so make sure you know building your room is located. The breakfast buffet is expensive - limited options. Location is very convenient to Arlington Cemetery/highways.

We were there for the 4th of July. The staff was amazing. They had a special event for the 4th with free food and drinks for guests. The breakfast was delicious with many options and the staff in the restaurant were top notch. The only complaint we have is that my mom's room bathroom door wouldn't open all the way. While she doesn't need a fully accessible room, she does need to be able to roll into the bathroom to transfer

Good location. Very good amenities including the restaurant bar and shuttle. Front desk staff were very nice and responsive.

Room was clean and updated but toilet ran when you flushed, shower had water and moisture damage. No microwave

Then we talked to Asia the next morning and she made everything right with a room with 2 beds a view of DC and complimentary breakfast for the rest of the days we were there. Thanks a lot for the help, really appreciate it.

The shuttle service was amazing. The front desk was so helpful. The cleaning crew kept our room so beautifully cleaned.
-
Restaurant at hotel was overpriced and mediocre at best, although staff were friendly. Hotel is outdated and poorly maintained. Door deadbolts broken, one elevator out of service. Horrible scent being piped in—yuck no thanks I hate fragrances. Staff was friendly though.

We had an incredible stay! The staff were so welcoming and extremely helpful.

Great location. If your booking this expecting a waldorf Astoria that's not what it is? Its a humble older sheraton with great staff. Appreciated my youngin' Ahmer hospitality with early checking as my son and I had a long day. Again rooms are solid spacious bathroom was solid. Its a great bivouac spot( compliment) to go check out DC. Warning if you are using a rental car to go back and forth across the bridge the traffic to DC is atrocious!

Nice hotel

The bed was very uncomfortable. The shower was broken. The cold water in the shower didn’t work so the water was scalding hot. With the heat wave and humidity outside all I wanted was to take a cool shower but it ended up being the worst experience ever
