Arrived after an unexpected flight cancellation very late at night and the staff was incredibly helpful.
-
Excellent location to view the July 4 fireworks from the Sky Dome. It was a fun evening and the staff made every effort to make the two hour delay tolerable.

Didn't like that the bathroom didn't have vent/exhaust fan... Ice machine on every other floor seemed wrong. Staff was all very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was always clean, the staff was so nice and professional. We recommend it a 100%.

Great location, very clean room, the air-conditioning at night worked great and in the morning not as great. Unfortunately, when I got there at 11:30 PM, all of the food options were closed… The restaurant, all the markets, and I had to get delivery pizza. In my bathroom the ceiling definitely has some water damage, but it didn't affect my stay. Love that there was a refrigerator. Was disappointed that the ice machine on the fourth floor wasn't working and had to travel to the sixth floor. All in all a decent Hilton property.

Lobby was completely empty when I arrived. The check-in desk was on the second floor, but there were no signs to indicate this. I wound up paying someone else's deposit because the staff hadn't removed it from their system before checking me in. I paid for parking, but there was never any parking available. I was able to get the charge refunded when checking out. Wifi and breakfast also cost extra. Our room was in the North tower, but this was not communicated to me, so we were left wondering why our keycards didn't work in the South tower elevator. We had to wait at the check-in line again to figure it out. Room was serviceable. After checking out, I discovered that the other deposit was still charged to my credit card. I went back and forth with hotel staff several times via phone and email over the course of the next few weeks since they couldn't find it in their system. They finally refunded the charge, which is why I gave them more than one star. Overall, this hotel definitely made a stressful trip even more stressful.

The lobby and access to all the food options was great. I booked a room with a king size bed (and roll in shower on accident). The front desk asked if I needed the roll in shower, I explained no and it was an accident. She asked if she could change my room- of course I said yes. I expected to be in a room with a king size bed and was out in a room with two smaller beds and the AC did not get the room cold. The room was hot the entire stay but I did not tell front desk because we were there for such a short stay.
