On the surface it appears a great location. We experienced our drinks being tossed in the trash after telling staff we would return to them after using the restrooms. Cleaning staff actually fished our drinks from the trash and tried to give them back to us to drink. Management was brought to us and they did replace it drinks. ($38 for 4 drinks) The breakfast buffet is $30 per person and is your typical Continental breakfast options. A candy bar is $7. A burger is $28. Little to no choice for food at reasonable prices. The room was okay, a bit outdated and difficult to keep the room temp regulated. Duct tape on the escalators that was operational about half the time. Typically there is a deposit on the room which we expected, but I didn't expect it to be $600 for a 6 night stay. Overall the staff was friendly, it's okay probably for an overnight stay but wouldn't recommend longer than a couple of nights.

Excellent customer service. Clean and spacious room. Parking too expensive.

Nice hotel could use an remodeling but very friendly staff
-
Staff was extremely helpful and provided important information on local transportation and dining options.

Clean beds and sheets. Bit of old carpet smell. Easy to fix details are neglected, such as messy shower caulking, cabinet paint, faucet and shower hardware, etc. property in decent shape but showing neglected wear and tear.
-
The check-in line was enormously huge and everyone else was offered a chocolate chip cookie when they arrived except for me. I wasn’t going to ask for one, but I thought that was standard policy.

This was by far the worst stay we have had with Hilton. The staff were incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. They were charging family members inconsistent pricing for meals as well as inconsistent rules regarding hotel policy. They wouldn’t let a family member take a to-go box for the breakfast we paid for because he wasn’t a veteran or the tip wasn’t large enough. Unfortunately, I would recommend any other hotel except this location.

The rooms were very clean.

Great

I only had the room for one night. Did have a bit of a weird smell but overall was decent. But after the stay I now have itchy bug bites on my arms and legs.

Excellent customer service 10/10

My issue was the fact that the bugs were huge there. Another issue I had was the fact there was no ice machine on the floor, wasn’t told this upon checking in. Paying $51 for overnight parking to park at a hotel we paid to stay in is outrageous to me.

The hotel was in a good location. Whole foods is just a block away. Costco a few more blocks down the street. The pentagon mall was also a few blocks away and the metro also very close by. The neighborhood felt safe. The hotel room was clean, but the AC was not working properly. I called it in immediately and when we came back by the end of the day, it was the same. They said they did send someone to fix it, but we still had a hot night. Called it in again the next morning and same thing. I asked them for an oscillating fan at least but no luck. The hotel had some construction or renovation signs on my floor at least 12th floor, but we never saw anyone doing anything. Also, I asked them for more hangers and an extra pillow the first day and nothing no one ever came thru on that request, even though they had said that they would send someone over shortly.

I love the skydome! The staff is above and beyond!!! Very comfortable rooms.
-
Property walking distance to metro at the Pentagon. Breakfast buffet was average fair but pricey.
-
The property is old and the HVAC can’t keep a consistent temp at 74 degrees in the summer.

All the Staff were above and Beyond expectations! The room was not! The front room had a refrigerator that had a frozen freezer compartment. I called the Desk immediately and was told that a different fridge would be put in the room. The refrigerator was not replaced till the next day. However the Staff was very apologetic for the issue. The toilet in the Bathroom was extremity loud when flushed and seemed like it was going to fly away from the wall every time it was flushed. The night light in the bathroom was extremely bright we had to keep the bathroom door closed at night. The faucet in the tub would continue running after the shower was turned off and the water drained from the shower head. We were there for the 4th of July and all reservations for the Hotel Restaurant were booked. When we found this out we also noted that they would be using the Meeting rooms for fireworks viewing. When we asked about going to the meeting rooms we were told that the spaces were already sold out. No advances notice was given to people staying at the hotel who should have had priority. They were constantly working on the Escalators however the elevators still worked. This was the first time I had ever been in a hotel that did not have a swimming pool. That would have been nice as the temperature while we were in D.C. was above 100° for several days.

The rooftop dining was very good. The fitness center was excellent.

The restaurant menu has something for everyone. Bar menu was adequate. However the mixed drinks are all pre-mix so don't expect the drinks to taste bespoke. They currently housed a lot of National Guard. When we met them coming and going they conducted themselves as expected, professional and friendly. God Bless them. Located a couple of blocks from the Metro, Starbucks, multiple restaurants and the Pentagon City mall.. Very convenient. We enjoyed our stay. We did not see everything in the 3 days there so we are planning on coming back in the Fall. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
