Staff was attentive, especially the shuttle bus drivers. The room was spacious with a great view, but they definitely need s bit of an update.

The receptionist Jordan was very nice and helpful during check-in. She was very thorough and helped me out with parking.

To be honest we arrived at 11pm and the line to check in was long. One girl at check in was trying her best to check in, help the other girl checking in and take care of other guests. She was doing her best. The parking garage was a nightmare, cars were parked in no parking and made it impossible to get in and out. The room was spacious and what we needed for one night.

The room was moderately clean, but not to the point i would have been comfortable with taking my shoes off, the elevators and hallways reeked of marijuana, the parking garage has not been maintained in at least a year (there was a car on the lower level that was covered in dust and spiderwebs from at least a year of sitting vacant) the handicap spots were not properly identified and therefore taken by regular cars, the room i booked was “not available” upon arrival as were several other guest’s rooms. The staff did find me a room suitable for what i needed and comped the price of parking as an apology. The hotel also charges a $100 security deposit that i could not find on their website. Breakfast prices are astronomical, i do not know how you can justify $26 for a breakfast sandwich but only $30 for an all you can eat buffet. All in all the staff was great and very accommodating, the room was very nice just needed a better cleaning, but the hotel itself was a mess and needs some serious improvements.

Wow my first time here and they treat you like royalty! Very nice hotel clean , the staff was amazing Jordan took care of me she was amazing and made me feel like I picked the best hotel , I’ve never had such a good experience before. I would definitely visit again can’t wait to book my next trip . Also the PILLOWS WERE AMAZING !!!

All staff I encountered were very nice and helpful!

The front desk manager Felisha was very rude regarding our parking accommodations. We were not notified that the streets would be blocked and that they were hosting an event causing little to no parking. We were refunded our parking fee for that day. In addition Thankfully some attendants or security downstairs helped us with the issue insured us our vehicle would not get towed due to parking garage being filled. Gave us a slip to put in window of car. Overall The hotel was nice and clean housekeeping very helpful when needed
